以桥梁与隧道专业硕士研究生为例,探讨了科教融合研究生实践能力和创新人才培养的模式,提出课程体系、教学设计、教学方法、教学资源、教学拓展要素改革是桥梁与隧道专业硕士研究生创新人才全过程培养的必要条件。指出科教融合可以培养研究生理论与实践相结合的创新能力、积累实践经验、培养研究生团队合作精神,而且实习基地作为教育与产业结合的重要桥梁,对于培养符合社会需求的研究生创新人才具有至关重要的作用。Using master’s degree students specializing in bridge and tunnel engineering as a case study, this paper examines the approach to developing practical skills and innovative capabilities among graduate students through the integration of scientific knowledge and educational practices. It posits that reforms in the curriculum structure, instructional design, pedagogical methods, educational resources, and the incorporation of experiential learning elements are essential for the comprehensive development of innovative talents among master’s students in this field. The study highlights that the integration of science and education fosters postgraduates’ ability to synthesize theoretical knowledge with practical application, enhances their practical experience, and nurtures their collaborative spirit. Furthermore, it emphasizes the significance of internship programs as a crucial link between academia and industry, which is instrumental in cultivating innovative talents that align with societal needs.
