Parallel computation for generalized eigenvalue problem is one of the fundalmentalproblems in large-scale engineering computation. Zhou Shuquan, Deng Shaozhong andZeng Lan have made a systematic and deepgoing study of parallel computation forsymmetric generalized eigenvalue problem. So far there is very little study of parallelcomputation for nonsymmetric case. In this paper we apply homotopy continuationalgorithm to parallel computation for nonsymmetric generalized eigenvalue problemand present parallel homotopy-determinant algorithm. Numerical results show that ithas advantage of high parallel efficiency and fast covergence speed.
