This paper is a supplementary work to the total 14 species of genus Panurginus described recently from the eastern Palaearctic Region. This genus is not well studied in China and where there were only two known species, P nigripes Morawitz and P flavotarsus Wu. The type species of the genus, P niger Nylander, known from Russia and Mongolia, is newly recorded from northern China. The total species now known from China are three species in two species groups, the niger-group and the herzi-group. A key to males of these Chinese species is given.
