A new system of FRET was built in this paper.In the condition of λex/λem=400nm/560nm,0.1mol/L Tris buffer(pH=7.0),the effective energy transfer can occur between FITC(Fluorescein 5-isothiocyanate) and Rhodamine 6G(6G).The quenching of fluorescence of the system happened with the addition of BSA.According to that a new determination of BSA was developed.The quenching of this system liners with BSA from 10mg/L to 35mg/L,and the limit of determination is 9.5mg/L.The linear regression is F=0.0363×CBSA+0.7256 with the correlation coefficient,r=0.9970.
A new system of FRET was built in this paper.In the condition of λex/λem=480nm/530nm,0.2mol/L HCl,the effective energy transfer can occur between Eosin Y(EY)and Rhodamine B(Rhb).The quenching of fluorescence of the system happened with the addition of BSA.According to that a new determination of BSA was developed.The quenching of EY-RhB is linear with BSA from 10mg/L to 40mg/L,and the limit of determination is 9.8mg/L.
Resonance Light Scattering(RLS) Spectra method is used to study the system of CPC and K2HgI4.In a B-R buffer solution which pH was 2.5,the intensity of CPC’s RLS increased greatly with the formation of ion-association.There was the peak at 497nm which is linear relation to the concentration of CPC.According to that,we built a RLS method of determination of CPC.This method is simple,rapid and sensitive.It was used to determine CPC in the synthetic water samples.The results were satisfactory.
