近些年来,医务社会工作在沿海发达城市迅猛发展,医务社工已成为一种新兴职业,这一全新的工作领域为病人及其家属提供全方位的人性化服务。发源于西方国家的社会工作,在中国本土化实践过程中面临着众多伦理困境,在医务社工领域体现得尤为明显。“三无”患者由于没有家属陪伴、缺少医疗费用以及没有安置之所等原因,呈现出多种问题。本研究以医务社工介入“三无”病人救助的服务案例为例,梳理发现医务社工介入“三无”病人的过程中,面临生命至上与知情同意、案主自决与资源有限等方面的伦理困境。面对这些挑战,提出包括遵守伦理原则,规范工作程序;整合社会资源,构建合作团队以及加强舆论宣传和采取正确态度等一系列建议。这些建议旨在帮助医务社工更好地应对伦理困境,提高服务质量,同时也为未来的实务和研究提供参考。In recent years, medical social work has been developing rapidly in developed coastal cities, and medical social work has become a new profession, a brand new field of work that provides a full range of humane services for patients and their families. 在当前数字化的时代背景下,老年群体,尤其是农村地区的老年群体,面临着如何实现在信息化社会实现数字生存与融入的考验。通过在山东省青岛市崂山区的M村,借助参与式观察与深度访谈的方法,研究了农村老年人在数字设备普及、数字融入意识、网络辨识能力等方面问题的具体表现和成因——尽管互联网普及率有所提高,但农村地区的数字设备普及率仍然较低,老年人对数字融入的意识和渴望不强烈,网络辨识能力不足的现状,且受到社会支持网络薄弱、老年阶段身心退化、低收入下的消费观念和基础设施建设不完善等多方面因素的影响。最后借力社会工作专业的优势与特点,与其他社会主体共同努力,提出五社联动、开展支持性互助小组以及推动数字反哺,作为可行的解决困境的途径与方式。In the current era of digitization, elderly groups, particularly those in rural areas, face the challenge of achieving digital survival and integration within an information-based society. Through participatory observation and in-depth interviews conducted in Village M, located in Laoshan District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, this study explored the specific manifestations and causes of issues faced by rural elderly individuals in terms of digital device accessibility, awareness of digital integration, and online literacy. Despite increased internet penetration, the accessibility of digital devices in rural areas remains low. The elderly demonstrate a lack of strong awareness and desire for digital integration, coupled with inadequate online literacy. These issues are influenced by various factors, including a weak social support network, physical and mental deterioration in old age, consumption attitudes shaped by low income, and inadequate infrastructure development.
