The research results in last 10 years showed that the contents of the macro-elements in autumn shoots of Litchi decreased in the order of N, K and P, which was not related to environment and variety, but notably to season. The contents of P and K in leaves of autumn shoots decreased rapidly, but the content of N did not change at the flowering and fruit bearing stages. The autumn shoots developed into fruit branches, and Litchi yield was significantly correlated to contentsof N, P and K in leaves of autumn shoots; Litchi yield was significantly correlated to the content of N and P at the flowing stage, it was significantly correlated to the content of K at the maturity stage. Rreasonable ratio among N, P and K was one of important measures to achieve high and stable yield in Litchi.
Calli were induced by using leaves (petioles) grown in the same year of Anthurium Warocqueanum as explants, and somaclones were established.Calli were propagated and differentiated in modified MS media supplemented with 6-BA and KT. Proliferation of calli were promoted by high level of 6-BA and KT,while adventitious buds produced in low level of 6-BA and KT.
