科技竞赛可有效激发学生的创新热情,强化学生实操技能、团队合作精神及问题解决能力,探索科技竞赛与工程管理专业教育的深度融合具有重要意义。本研究通过总结国内外研究现状,并深入探讨融合科技竞赛的工程管理专业人才培养面临的挑战和问题,完成“赛证课”三位一体的工程管理专业人才培养体系构建,并从完善课程体系、改进证书考评方案、规范竞赛方案三个方面深入分析实施方案。本研究核心思想为通过“赛证课”的融合,提升工程管理专业人才的综合素质和实践能力,为工程管理专业人才培养提供优化建议。Technology competitions can effectively promote students’ innovation enthusiasm, strengthen their practical skills, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving abilities. Exploring the deep integration of technology competitions and engineering management education is of great significance. This study summarizes the current research status at home and abroad, and explores in depth the challenges and problems faced by the training of engineering management professionals through the integration of technology competitions. It proposes the construction of a “Competition-Certification-Course” integrated talent training system of engineering management professionals. An in-depth analysis of the implementation plan is carried out from three aspects: improving the curriculum system, improving the certificate assessment and evaluation plan, and standardizing the competition plan. The core idea of this study is to enhance the comprehensive quality and practical ability of engineering management professionals through the integration of “Competition-Certification-Course”, and provide optimization suggestions for the cultivation of engineering management professionals.
以ChatGPT为代表的新一代人工智能技术,对“数智技术 + 管理”创新人才培养提出了新的机遇与挑战。本文针对国产软件在课堂教学中的应用现状进行分析,提出一种融合国产软件的教学改革模式,旨在提升学生的技术实践与管理创新能力。以华为昇腾AI支持的大数据工程与商务智能课程为案例,本文探讨了国产软件在课堂教学中的实际应用。该模式有助于教学内容适应数智化发展趋势,增强教育实效,为培养“数智技术 + 管理”创新人才开辟了新路径。The new generation of artificial intelligence technology represented by ChatGPT presents new opportunities and challenges for the cultivation of innovative talents in “digital intelligence technology + management”. This article analyzes the current application status of domestic software in classroom teaching and proposes a teaching reform model that integrates domestic software, aiming to enhance students’ technical practice and management innovation abilities. Taking the Big Data Engineering and Business Intelligence course supported by Huawei Ascend AI as a case study, this article explores the practical application of domestic software in classroom teaching. This model helps to adapt teaching content to the trend of digitalization, enhance educational effectiveness, and open up a new path for cultivating innovative talents in “digitalization technology + management”.
随数智技术的快速发展,大数据管理与应用专业教育成为高等教育的新焦点。本文针对2015~2024年间CNKI数据库中的相关文献,运用CiteSpace可视化分析,探讨了我国大数据管理与应用专业教育的研究热点与发展态势。研究发现,该专业教育呈现出跨学科融合和多维度发展的特征;研究文献量呈先增后稳的趋势,表明教育研究经历了从起步到成熟的转变;然而,专业教育仍面临数据安全、课程设置和实践教学等挑战。本文为优化大数据人才培养提供了参考。With the rapid development of intelligent technology, big data management and application has become a new focus of higher education. This study focuses on the relevant literature in the CNKI database from 2015 to 2024, and uses CiteSpace visual analysis to explore the hotspots and development trends of big data management and application education in China. The findings show that this professional education presents characteristics of interdisciplinary integration and multidimensional development. The number of literature shows a trend of increasing first and then stabilizing, indicating that educational research has undergone a transformation from initial to mature. However, professional education still faces challenges such as data security, curriculum design, and practical teaching. This study provides a reference for optimizing the training of big data talents.
