By Using the Hopf bifurcation theorem, this paper discusses the Hopf bifurcation problem for the class of nonlinear diffirential equation system with delays. The.existence and stability of bifurcating periodic solutions for this class equation system is proved; The asymptotic form of the small amplitude periodic solutions bifurcating from the steady state and periods is obtained.
