In the turn of century,Marxist philosophy has some good developing opportunities. This paper examines Some important issues facing contemporary Marxist philosophy in following four fields:(1) the researches of the new changes of contemporary capitalism, particularly ofits growing phenomena ofaconomic globalization;(2 ) the summarizions of the experiences of the success and failure of socialist practice,and the strengthening of the philosophical foundation of scientific socialism;(3) the accurate understanding of the new coming results and new emerging issues of contemporary science and technology;(4) the scientific explorations of every kind of non- Marxistphilosophy.
