IELTS is the shortcut to the Commonwealth countries, whether for study or for immigration, the test has been becoming an important key to the gate of Commonwealth. The quantity of examinee keeps a growth rate of 30% every year, IELTS has become a phenomenon and culture, we can even see the domestic migration direction of population through it. This paper expounds the positive influence that the phenomenon of IELTS culture has brought to the Chinese society,and the advantages that we can use for reference for the development of China's education system.
