It is required to carry out The Strategic Action Framework for GMS Convenient Trade Investment,which was approved in the Leaders’ Declaration passed by the 2nd GMS Economic Cooperation Summit. In this Action Framework,the inspection and quarantine was appointed as one of the four preferential cooperation fields. This article,in line with the guiding spirit of the Action Framework,describes the current situation of China’s entry-exit inspection and quarantine departments in cooperation with GMS,it analyzes the existing problems and sets forth the corresponding measures for the implementation of the Action Framework.
