When itis completed,the Nanning-Lang Son-Hanoi-HaiphongEconomic Corridor shall play a significant role for the development of Sino-Vietnamese relations.Therefore,the paper proposes that,firstly,the construction of the Corridor be broughtinto line withthe framework ofthe GreatMekong River Sub-regional cooperation.Secondly,the construction ofthe infrasˉtructure in both countries be enhanced.Thirdly,the departments involved should coordinate and cooperate well in policies and mechanisms.Fourthly,related laws and systems be formulated to ensure the smooth construction ofthe Corridor and finally,policies should be issued to encourage and supportthe enterprises’active participation into the cooperation in the Corridor.
Since the offer of Vietnamese programof four-year majors in Guangxi University for Nationalities in Guangxi of China in1964,the program has developed substantially in the past decades.In spite of the rapid development,tough problems still exist,which need solving.
