Ten new 5-amino-1, 2, 3-thiadiazole derivatives containing benzenesulfonylureas,Schiff bases and amides were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by iH NMR, IR,MS and elementary analysis. The preliminary biological tests show that compound 8 hasbiological activity.
An improved bioassay method using leaf of broad bean for fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani was reported. The results showed that there was good correlation between the leaf method and conventional pot test. In addition, This leaf method for rapid determination makes the screening test more effect at any season of a year.
