流涎是帕金森病常见的消化道症状之一,可出现在帕金森病的整个病程中,同时可能与运动症状及非运动症状的严重程度相关,晚期帕金森病患者常伴有严重的流涎,甚至出现感染、吸入性肺炎等危及生命的严重并发症。目前认为帕金森病流涎可能与唾液分泌过多及唾液清除障碍相关,西医治疗以改善症状为主。中医认为本病主因肝脾肺肾功能失调,水液代谢失常所致,在治疗上具有个体化优势。本文旨在结合帕金森病流涎的病理机制及相关危险因素,对其中医药治疗进行阐述。Drooling is one of the common gastrointestinal symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, which can appear throughout the course of Parkinson’s disease, and may be related to the severity of motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms. At present, it is believed that salivation in Parkinson’s disease may be related to excessive saliva secretion and saliva clearance disorders, and Western medicine treatment is mainly to improve symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is mainly caused by the dysfunction of the liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys, and the abnormal metabolism of water and fluid, and has an individualized advantage in treatment. The purpose of this article is to elaborate on the pathological mechanism and related risk factors of salivation in Parkinson’s disease and its traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
