The critical micelle concentrations (cmc) of surfactants in the Quercetin-metal coordination complex solutions have been determined by using the method of conductance ratio. In Quercetin coordination complex solution there were two cmc values at the lower concentration area of CTAB [C16H33N(CH3)3Br]. And this phenomenon about two cmc points was much similar to that of natural bio-surfactant. All the CTAB, SDBS (C12H25C6H4SO3Na) and Tween-80 could improve the water-solubility of Quercetin coordination complexes when the concentrations of these surfactants were above the cmc values, but only CTAB increased the oil-solubility of these complexes. Therefore, Quercetin-metal-CTAB micelle congeries could go into the octanol phase through oil-water interface. In phospholipid reversed micellar system, the transfer efficiency of complex between the two phases was influenced by pH of the water phase, and around pH 7 the complexes were easy to enter the phospholipid-octanol phase.
Orthogonal design methocl,based on the formation of a yellow complex of lead(Ⅱ) with α、β、γ、δ Trtra(p sulfopheny 1) Porphine in the pH10.2 H 3BO 3 NaOH buffer selution,has been proposed.The maximum absorption wavelength (λ max ) is 464nm.The molar absorption coefficient(ε max ) is 2.5×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The detection limit is 4μg·L -1 .Beer’s law is applicable in the rang of 0.1~10.4μg/25ml for lead.The method has been used for determination of trace lead in synthetic sample with satisfactory result.
Micro-amount terephthalic acid and 4-carboxybenzaldehyde in p-toluic acids were determined by a reversed-phase ion suppression chromatography.The separation was carried out on a C18column(4.6mm i.d.×150mm)with methanol-water(70∶30)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8ml/min and with H3PO4 as an inhibitor.The detection wavelength was 240 nm.The relative standard deviation of terephthalic acid and 4-carboxybenzaldehyde are less than 3% and 2%,respectively.The average recoveries were 102.9% and 103.2%,respectively.The detection limit were 0.25 ng and 0.45 ng,respectively.
