AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of aerial parts of Gynura divaricata(L.)DC.METHODS: Chemical constituents were isolated with multi-chromatographic methods.Their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence.RESULTS: 10 compounds were obtained and identified as quercetin(Ⅰ),3-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl quercetin(Ⅱ),3-O-β-D-(6→1) glucopyranosyl-αL-rhamnosyl quercetin(Ⅲ),3-O-β-D-(6→1)glucopyranosyl-α-L-rhamnosyl kaemferol(Ⅳ),epi-friedelinol(Ⅴ),epi-friedelinol acetatd(Ⅵ),β-sitosterol(Ⅶ),stigmasterol(Ⅷ),adenosine(Ⅸ) and uridine(Ⅹ).CONCLUSION: All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
The contents of crude protein and amino acids were determined in Gynura divaricata (L.) DC., G. bicolor DC., Orychophragmus violaceus (L.) Schulz and Portulaca oleracea L. The results show that all these wild vegetables contain more than 7 kinds of essential amino acids. The contents of crude protein and essential amino acids in G. bicolor are 25.22% and 9.09% respectively, which are the highest in all determined materials. The ratio of essential amino acids to total amino acids of P. oleracea is in proportion to the pattern of mode. O. violaceu has the greatest amount of delicious amino acids of 5.51%.
