The direct separation of glutamic acid from the fermentation broth by anion exchange was studied with resin201×7.The exchange isotherms of resin for glutamic acid were measured with batchwise method.And the exchangedesorption curves for the uptake of glutamic acid were also measured.The experimental results show that the recovery ratio of glutamic acid reaches 975%.
