环氧树脂的增韧与形状记忆性能研究被引量:4

以聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PPGDGE)为增韧剂改性环氧树脂E-51/甲基四氢邻苯二甲酸酐固化体系,研究了PPGDGE用量对环氧树脂的力学性能和形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:PPGDGE的加入提高了环氧树脂体系的力学性能,当含量为15%时,韧性提高了65%;同时较大幅度提高环氧树脂的形状记忆性能,当PPGDGE含量为10%时,最大形变量增加了约43%,形状回复速率提升了75%;当PPGDGE含量为15%时,固定率提高了2.2%,回复率提高了4.5%,且形状重复性也有较大提高。

Researches on the In Situ Copolymerization of Ethylene with Catalysts Immobilized onto the Molecular Sieves

In this paper,the bi-functional catalyst system composed of molecular sieve(MCM-41) immobilized oligomerization catalyst(C25H17Cl2N3·FeCl2) and copolymerization catalyst(Et(Ind)2ZrCl2) was employed in the in situ copolymerization of ethylene aiming to prepare the Linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE).In this paper,we mainly argued the regular pattern of the in situ copolymerization of ethylene in limited nano-space and compared it with that happening in free space.The impact of variance of the reaction temperature,Fe/Zr value and the A1/(Fe+Zr) value on the activity of the in situ copolymerization of ethylene has also been introduced.Furthermore,the degree of branching,thermal properties and crystalline changes of the obtained polymerization products prepared from different reactivity were investigated.

Pavement performance and application of anion rubber-modified asphalt被引量:1

We have used a unique process to develop the first successful anion rubber modified asphalt mixture.Rubber and asphalt are used in equal proportions in the mix.Compared with conventional asphalt,the anion rubber modified asphalt show better pavement performance,and fully met the relevant specifications.The dynamic stability and failure strain indicators are better than those of SBS modified asphalt.Compared with traditional rubber modified asphalt,the amount of waste tires incorporated into this new rubber modified asphalt is much greater;the new asphalt also improved the air quality near the road,thus providing great economic and social benefits.
