Facile synthesis of tin oxide nanocrystals and their photocatalytic activity

Tin oxide nanociystals with diameters smaller than 10 nm were synthesized using Na2SnO3 and CO2 as reactants and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) as stabilizer under mild conditions.As a mild acidic gas,CO2 is favorable for the accurate adjustment of pH value of Na2SnO3 solution.Stannate salt is stable,cheap and easy in operation.The effects of Na2SnO3concentration,CTAB concentration,aging temperature,and aging time on the nanociystals were studied.It was found that,with the increasing Na2SnO3 concentration,aging temperature and aging time,SnO2 nanociystals size decreases.The formation of SnO2nanociystals can be interpreted by electrostatic-interaction mechanism.SnO2 nanociystals show high photocatalytic activities in the degradation of Rhodamine B solution.The catalytic activity of small nanocrystals is higher than that of large ones.

利用膜反应器制备纳米材料

在膜均相反应器中,利用分离膜结构中的微孔作为液体微量分布器,将膜一侧的反应物均匀微量地加入到膜另一侧反应物中进行反应,有利于过饱和度及其分布的控制。在膜气液反应器中,气-液两相分别位于微孔膜两侧,互不分散,膜能有效提供稳定、巨大面积的气液界面,有利于气液传质、过程控制和工业放大等。另外,介绍利用膜反应器制备纳米材料的原理和主要研究结果。

辐射引发膜接枝的研究进展

辐射引发膜接枝有射线穿透力强、反应均匀、操作简单、无需添加引发剂、应用广泛等优点。通过改变辐照方式(共辐射、预辐射)、辐射剂量、剂量率、气氛(氧气、真空、充氮等)、基材、单体等因素,可以有效控制接枝链的长短和分布。文中综述了γ-射线共辐射法和预辐射法的机理、主要影响因素(包括辐射剂量、剂量率、氧气、基材、单体、添加剂等),以及在制备环境响应膜、抗菌膜、抗污染膜、生物医用膜等功能膜方面的最新研究进展。

Preparation of Calcium Carbonate Nanoparticles with a Continuous Gas-liquid Membrane Contactor: Particles Morphology and Membrane Fouling被引量:1

Nanosized calcium carbonate particles were prepared with a continuous gas-liquid membrane contactor. The effects of Ca(OH)2 concentration, CO2 pressure and liquid flow velocity on the particles morphology, pressure drop and membrane fouling were studied. With rising Ca(OH)2 concentrations, the average size of the particles increased. The effects of Ca(OH)2 concentration and CO2 pressure on particles were not apparent under the experimental conditions. When the Ca(OH)2 concentration and liquid flow velocity were high, or the CO2 pressure was low, the fouling on the membrane external surface at the contactor entrance was serious due to liquid leakage, whereas the fouling was slight at exit. The fouling on the membrane inner-surface at entrance was apparent due to adsorption of raw materials. The membrane can be recovered by washing with dilute hydrochloric acid and reused for at least 6 times without performance deterioration.

Catalytic bubble-free hydrogenation reduction of azo dye by porous membranes loaded with palladium (Pd) nanoparticles was studied for the first time. The effects of Pd loading, dye concentration and reuse repetitions of membranes were investigated. In reduction, the dye concentration decreased whereas the pH rose gradually. An optimal Pd loading was found. The catalytic membranes were able to be reused more than 3 times.

膜表面的光接枝可用来改善膜的表面性质,或者赋予膜表面新的功能,在许多领域有着广泛的应用,如可制备抗污膜、抗菌膜、环境响应膜和生物医用膜等。通过改变接枝方法(气相接枝法、液相接枝法)、引发剂、单体、溶剂、气氛、反应温度、紫外光照时间等因素,可以有效控制接枝链的长短和分布。文中介绍了膜表面光接枝的最新研究进展,包括光接枝的方法、主要影响因素(引发剂、单体、溶剂、氧气、温度、光照时间等),以及主要应用。
