高浓度臭氧对大豆生长发育及产量的影响被引量:18

采用开顶式同化箱(open-top chambers,OTCs)装置,设置活性碳过滤大气(CF,[O3]<10μg.kg-1)和高臭氧(O3)浓度(HO,约为80μg.kg-1)两个处理,研究开花后高浓度O3对大豆农艺性状、叶面积、叶绿素、抗氧化系统与产量的影响.结果表明:与对照(CF)同期相比,HO处理植株的叶面积和叶绿素含量显著降低(P<0.05);过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性极显著增强(P<0.01),但随着处理时间的延长,其活性逐渐降低;HO处理下植株叶片中可溶性蛋白质和抗坏血酸(AsA)含量降低,丙二醛含量显著升高,表明膜脂过氧化进程加快;大豆的单株干物质量、有效结荚数、籽粒数、百粒重和产量都有所降低,其中产量降低了47%,差异达极显著水平(P<0.01).

Changes in soil microbial biomass and community structure with addition of contrasting types of plant litter in a semiarid grassland ecosystem被引量:20

Aims Elevated atmospheric CO_(2)has the potential to enhance the net primary productivity of terrestrial ecosystems.However,the role of soil microorganisms on soil C cycling following this increased available C remains ambiguous.This study was conducted to determine how quality and quantity of plant litter inputs would affect soil microorganisms and consequently C turnover.Methods Soil microbial biomass and community structure,bacterial community-level physiological profile,and CO_(2)emission caused by different substrate C decomposition were investigated using techniques of biological measurements,chemical and stable C isotope analysis,and BIOLOG-ECO microplates in a semiarid grassland ecosystem of northern China in 2006 and 2007 by mixing three contrasting types of plant materials,C_(3)shoot litter(SC_(3)),C_(3)root litter(RC_(3)),and C4 shoot litter(SC4),into the 10-to 20-cm soil layer at rates equivalent to 0(C0),60(C60),120(C120)and 240 g C m2(C240).Important Findings Litter addition significantly enriched soil microbial biomass C and N and resulted in changes in microbial structure.Principal component analysis of microbial structure clearly differentiated among zero addition,C_(3)-plant-derived litter,and C4-plant-derived litter and among shoot-and root-derived litter of C_(3)plants;soilmicroorganismsmainly utilized carbohydrates without litter addition,carboxylic acids with C_(3)-plant-derived litter addition and amino acidswith C4-plant-derived litter addition.We also detected stimulated decomposition of older substratewith C4-plant-derived litter inputs.Our results showthat both quality and quantity of belowground litter are involved in affecting soil microbial community structure in semiarid grassland ecosystem.

土壤呼吸的温度敏感性被引量:31

土壤呼吸是指土壤释放CO2的过程,它所释放出的CO2是生物圈向大气圈释放CO2的主要来源之一。土壤呼吸速率对温度变化的敏感性是陆地生态系统碳循环过程中一个十分重要的环节。由于许多大尺度碳循环模型中都涉及土壤呼吸的温度敏感性这一问题,因此对该问题的回答有助于提高对当前陆地生态系统碳通量的估算和对未来气候变化预测的准确性。本文就目前土壤呼吸速率对温度变化的敏感性的主要问题进行了综述,从温度、水分、呼吸底物的数量和质量、酶促反应动力学等几个不同的方面,概述了土壤呼吸温度敏感性的变异范围较大的原因,以及这些因素对土壤呼吸的温度敏感性影响的机理。土壤呼吸是酶促的化学反应,因此其温度敏感性不仅取决于呼吸底物的质量,同样也取决于底物的有效性。

Cadmium pollution enhanced ozone damage to winter wheat:biochemical and physiological evidences被引量:7

Combined effects of ozone (O3) and cadmium (Cd) on growth and physiology of winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L. cv. JM22) were determined. Wheat plants were grown without or with Cd and exposed to charcoal-filtered air (〈 10 ppb O3) or elevated O3 (80 + 5 ppb, 7 hr/day) for 20 days. Results showed that O3 considerably depressed light saturated net photosynthetic rate (-20%), stomatal conductance (-33%), chlorophyll content (-33%), and total biomass (-29%) without Cd. The corresponding decreases were further enhanced by 45%, 56%, 60% and 59%, respectively with Cd, indicating a synergistic effect of O3 and Cd on wheat. Ozone significantly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase (46%), catalase (48%) and peroxidase (56%). However, great increases in malondialdehyde (MDA) content (2.55 folds) and intercellular CO2 concentration (1.13 folds) were noted in O3+Cd treatment compared to control. Our findings demonstrated that the increased anti-oxidative activities in wheat plants exposed to O3+Cd might not be enough to overcome the adverse effects of the combination of both pollutants as evidenced by further increase in MDA content, which is an important indicator of lipid peroxidation. Precise prediction model on O3 damages to crop should be conducted to ensure agricultural production security by considering environmental constraints in an agricultural system in peri-urban regions.

浑善达克沙地稀树疏林草地植被生物量及净初级生产力被引量:5

森林和草原等陆地生态系统在全球碳循环中扮演非常重要的角色,而发育在半干旱地区沙地上的疏林草地植被在这方面的作用还不清楚。本文对内蒙古浑善达克沙地榆树(Ulmus pumilaL.)疏林草地的生物量、生产力(NPP)以及降水利用效率(RUE)区分不同生境,即固定沙地、半固定沙地、流动沙地、丘间低地、柳灌丛和低湿地进行了研究;分析和比较了植被碳库及NPP的分配情况。结果表明,疏林草地的平均生物量(21.30Mg·hm-2)与NPP(11.06Mg·hm-·2a-1)分别比典型草原地带的平均值高90%和59%,RUE近于后者的2倍,沙地水平上的地下与地上生物量之比为2.9,说明大量的植被碳贮藏于地下,沙地中乔木对生物量和NPP的贡献不大,分别为10%和1.3%,但对于维持疏林草地的完整性具有重要功能。浑善达克沙地的疏林草地生态系统与地带性的典型温带草原不同,应属于一类温带萨王那生态系统类型,合理的管理和恢复措施将有助于其在畜牧业和碳固持方面生态系统服务功能的实现。

Responses of soil respiration to simulated precipitation pulses in semiarid steppe under different grazing regimes被引量:24

Aims Precipitation pulses and different land use practices(such as grazing)play important roles in regulating soil respiration and carbon balance of semiarid steppe ecosystems in Inner Mongolia.However,the interactive effects of grazing and rain event magnitude on soil respiration of steppe ecosystems are still unknown.We conducted a manipulative experiment with simulated precipitation pulses in Inner Mongolia steppe to study the possible responses of soil respiration to different precipitation pulse sizes and to examine how grazing may affect the responses of soil respiration to precipitation pulses.Methods Six water treatments with different precipitation pulse sizes(0,5,10,25,50 and 100 mm)were conducted in the ungrazed and grazed sites,respectively.Variation patterns of soil respiration of each treatment were determined continuously after the water addition treatments.Important Findings Rapid and substantial increases in soil respiration occurred 1 day after the water treatments in both sites,and the magnitude and duration of the increase in soil respiration depended on pulse size.Significantly positive relationships between the soil respiration and soil moisture in both sites suggested that soil moisture was the most important factor responsible for soil respiration rate during rain pulse events.The ungrazed site maintained significantly higher soil moisture for a longer time,which was the reason that the soil respiration in the ungrazed site was maintained relatively higher rate and longer period than that in the grazed site after a rain event.The significant exponential relationship between soil temperature and soil respiration was found only in the plots with the high water addition treatments(50 and 100 mm).Lower capacity of soil water holding and lower temperature sensitivity of soil respiration in the grazed site indicated that degraded steppe due to grazing might release less CO_(2) to the atmosphere through soil respiration under future precipitation and temperature scenarios.

Invasion Possibility and Potential Effects of Rhus typhina on Beijing Municipality被引量:5

Rhus typhina, an alien species introduced from North America, was identified as a main afforestation species in Beijing municipality. However, its invasiveness is still at odds. To clarify this problem, we applied the North American Screening System and the Australian Screening System to preliminarily predict its invasion possibility. Both screening systems gave the same recommendation to "reject". The geographical distribution was surveyed, with the population features of R. typhina against the native plant communities being assessed. With anthropogenic assistance, R. typhina has been scattered on almost all habitats from downtown to mountains, including roadsides, farmlands and protected areas. As a clonal shrub, R. typhina possessed a high spreading rate, varying from 6.3 m/3 years at sterile habitats to 6.7 m/3 years at fertile ones. Significantly lower species richness, individual density and diversity were observed in the R. typhina community than those of the native Vitex negundo Linn.var. heterophylla (Franch.) Rehd. community at both sterile and fertile habitats. Continual wide plantation of R. typhina may further foster its population expansion, which helps the species to overcome spatial isolation, The fact that each root fragment can develop into a new individual makes R. typhina very difficult to be eradicated once established. From a biological point of view, we believe that R. typhina is a plant invader in Beijing. We therefore suggest the government should remove the name of R. typhina from the main tree species list in afforesUng Beijing.

内蒙古半干旱草原的氨气挥发研究(英文)被引量:2

为了了解草原生态系统氨气挥发情况、历史放牧的影响及其影响机制,2005和2006年生长季期间,在长达17年放牧处理的样地上测定了5个放牧强度下的氨气挥发量。结果表明:氨气挥发随季节变化波动很大,春季和初秋高,晚秋和夏季低,变化范围为0.88-3.52 gN ha^(-1)d^(-1)。土壤pH值、NH_4^+-N浓度、湿度以及容重对氨气挥发控制作用较强。但是容重的影响与其他3个因子的影响作用相反,而容重的大小直接受不同放牧强度影响。虽然不同的放牧强度对氨气释放的影响在统计学上来说并不显著,但是,相对不放牧的情况而言,氨气挥发量在放牧情况下更大。而土壤氮浓度、植物生物量却在放牧的情况下更低。这些都意味着放牧草地生态系统比不放牧草地生态系统恢复起来会更慢。这种关于草原生态系统氨气挥发的研究意义重大,因为它有助于加强了解氮素丢失对草原各进程的抑制作用,同时对制订适宜的放牧及施肥措施从而达到合理利用资源的目的也具有重要的参考价值。

库布齐沙漠油蒿灌丛土壤呼吸速率时空变异特征研究被引量:16

利用Li-840红外气体分析仪和Li-6400-09土壤呼吸气室组装而成的动态密闭土壤呼吸测定系统,于2006年生长季对内蒙古库布齐沙漠油蒿(Artemisia ordosica)生态系统2种不同类型土壤的土壤呼吸速率进行了野外测定,分析了日动态、季节动态及其对环境因子的响应,并阐述了油蒿灌丛空间异质性的特征.结果表明,油蒿灌丛的土壤呼吸速率日动态呈单峰曲线,在12:00左右有最大值.在适宜的水分和温度条件下,生长季里土壤呼吸速率在7-8月份出现最大值.土壤呼吸速率的季节动态与土壤含水量有显著的相关关系,表明水分是限制生长季干旱区灌丛土壤呼吸的最重要因子,分别可以解释油蒿冠幅下土壤和裸地的土壤呼吸速率2006年主要生长季节(5-9月)变化的75%和77%.油蒿灌丛土壤呼吸速率在空间尺度上存在着显著的异质性.油蒿冠幅覆盖下的土壤呼吸速率季节平均值为(155.58±15.20)mg.(m^2.h)^-1,要显著地大于灌丛间裸地的数值(110.50±6.77)mg.(m^2.h)^-1.2种不同类型土壤的土壤呼吸速率是由于根生物量的差异引起的,根生物量可以解释2006年生长季库布齐油蒿灌丛土壤呼吸速率空间异质性的43%.结果表明,在植被覆盖度异质性较大的灌丛生态系统中,要准确定量生态系统碳的释放时,必须充分考虑小尺度上土壤呼吸的空间异质性.

不同耕作与施肥方式对有机玉米田杂草群落和作物产量的影响被引量:24

农田杂草是农业生态系统的重要组成部分。有机农田杂草控制是农业生产的一大难题,通过施肥方式改变杂草的竞争格局有望成为杂草控制的新途径。以暖温带有机玉米田为研究对象,设置了5种不同处理,即不施肥对照处理(CK)、施用牛粪处理(CM)、施用蚯蚓处理过的牛粪处理(EM)、免耕秸秆不覆盖处理(NT)和免耕秸秆覆盖处理(NS),研究不同耕作和施肥方式对田间杂草密度、生物量、生物多样性及作物产量的影响。结果表明,在有机玉米农田内共发现杂草17种,CK杂草总密度最高,但杂草总生物量和生物多样性指数较低。EM杂草总生物量和牛筋草(Eleusine indica)生物量最高,分别比CK增加了192.6%和224.8%(P<0.01),物种丰富度和生物多样性指数较低,优势集中度指数较高。NS杂草总密度、总生物量和生物多样性与NT相比显著降低。此外,EM玉米(Zea mays)产量比CK高40.2%(P<0.01),比CM高19.6%(P<0.01)。施用蚯蚓处理过的牛粪不仅提高了玉米产量,而且可以促进优势种杂草的生长,提高杂草群落的优势集中度。
