快速束团横向尺寸测量中前置放大电路的研制

为了在电子储存环中利用同步光实现快速束团横向尺寸的测量,针对前端探测器MaPMT的特性,研制了一种高性能的快速前置放大器电路。介绍了该电路的设计原理,性能指标,实际测试实验等内容,并模拟束流产生的同步光信号进行了桌面测试,取得了良好效果。

异构网络中基于比例速率限制的网络选择和资源分配算法被引量:1

针对UMTS/WLAN异构网络中的无线资源管理问题,提出基于比例速率限制的网络选择和资源分配算法.为保证用户间的公平性,将问题建模为带比例速率约束的系统吞吐量最大化问题.通过求解放松约束后的优化问题,得出用户网络选择与其到不同网络的可达速率之比相关的推论,并依此提出一种低复杂度的分布式算法.仿真结果表明,所提算法与原优化问题解的上界相比只有较小的性能损失,同时能有效保证用户间的公平性.

HLS-Ⅱ储存环工作点测量系统的开发(英文)

介绍了在合肥光源重大维修改造工程期间,开发的一套基于扫频激励法的工作点测量系统。测量系统硬件包括基于条带BPM的信号拾取电极、前端信号调理模块、一台带跟踪输出的信号分析仪N9000AEP、功率放大器以及用于激励束流的条带激励器。系统控制软件采用EPICS开发,基于EPICS Stream Device设计的输入输出控制器(soft IOC)运行在服务器虚拟机中,通过VXI11协议进行通信实现对信号分析仪的控制和数据获取;用户操作界面采用EPICS平台下的EDM开发,通过Channel Access与IOC通信。在HLS-II储存环上对工作点测量系统进行了在线的调试。调试结果说明,在扫频范围为2.1MHz到4.1 MHz时,工作点测量系统的统计分辨率在水平方向上好于0.000 3,在垂直方向上好于0.000 2。

为了测量受空间电荷效应支配的发射度,合肥光源高亮度注入器采用了狭缝法进行测量,研究了基于狭缝法发射度测量系统的构成,并以实例比较了单狭缝和多狭缝在发射度测量系统中的应用。两种测量方法的结果表明:单狭缝法测量的结果更接近于模拟计算值,可有效避免子束团之间的重叠,适用范围更广。实验结果表明:在240pC电荷量情况下,合肥光源高亮度注入器仍然具有较小的归一化发射度,为(1.84±0.085)mm.mrad。

Development of photon beam position feedback system based on two PBPMs at HLS被引量:1

In this paper,in order to stabilize the position and angle of the light source point,a new photon beam position feedback system based on the Photon Beam Position Monitors was developed on Hefei Light Source,and used to correct the position drift and angle variation of the light source at the same time.On introducing the feedback principle,the transfer function matrix is calibrated,indicating that the new system is workable and effective.

A new measurement method for electrode gain in an orthogonally symmetric beam position monitor

The new beam position monitor(BPM) system of the injector at the upgrade project of the Hefei Light Source(HLS II) has 19 stripline beam position monitors. Most consist of four orthogonally symmetric stripline electrodes. Differences in electronic gain and mismachining tolerance can cause changes in the beam response of the BPM electrodes. This variation will couple the two measured horizontal positions, resulting in measuring error. To alleviate this effect, a new technique to measure the relative response of the four electrodes has been developed. It is independent of the beam charge, and the related coefficient can be calculated theoretically. The effect of electrode coupling on this technique is analyzed. The calibration data is used to fit the gain for all 19 injector beam position monitors. The results show the standard deviation of the distribution of measured gains is about 5%.

A waveguide overloaded cavity kicker for the HLS Ⅱlongitudinal feedback system

In the upgrade project of Hefei Light Source(HLSⅡ),a new digital longitudinal bunch-by-bunch feedback system will be developed to suppress the coupled bunch instabilities in the storage ring effectively.We design a new waveguide overloaded cavity longitudinal feedback kicker as the feedback actuator.The beam pipe of the kicker is a racetrack shape so as to avoid a transition part to the octagonal vacuum chamber.The central frequency and the bandwidth of the kicker have been simulated and optimized to achieve design goals by the HFSS code.A higher shunt impedance can be obtained by using a nose cone to reduce the feedback power requirement.Before the kicker cavity was installed in the storage ring,a variety of measurements were carried out to check its performance.All these results of simulation and measurement are presented.

合肥光源单束团纵向分布的测量研究

在合肥光源单束团运行模式下使用条纹相机测量其纵向分布,研究和验证引起束团纵向分布产生变化的影响因素。对势阱效应引起束团纵向分布的影响进行了理论分析,给出了电感性阻抗和电阻性阻抗对束团分布影响的模拟计算结果。进行了束团长度拉伸效应、束团势阱扭曲现象等测量研究,并讨论了条纹相机观测束团势阱扭曲现象的测量模式。根据束团长度拉伸效应和势阱扭曲与模拟计算结果对比,得出合肥光源储存环的低频纵向宽带耦合阻抗约为4.4Ω。

MIMO下行多用户中继系统的线性收发处理设计被引量:2

针对单源单中继多用户多输入多输出下行系统,提出一种基于规则块对角化的收发处理设计.考虑源端无法获得第二跳的信道信息和用户无法获得第一跳的信道信息的场景,对源-中继链路和中继-用户链路进行独立的收发处理设计.在中继处采用传统的规则块对角化方法抑制用户间干扰和噪声,并基于最小均方误差准则联合接收矩阵设计改进的迭代优化算法.仿真结果表明,该算法收敛较快,且很好地降低了低信噪比区域的误码率.

Beam size and position measurement based on logarithm processing algorithm in HLS Ⅱ

A logarithm processing algorithm to measure beam transverse size and position is proposed and preliminary experimental results in Hefei Light Source II(HLS II) are given. The algorithm is based on only 4 successive channels of 16 anode channels of multianode photomultiplier tube(MAPMT) R5900U-00-L16, which has typical rise time of 0.6 ns and effective area of 0.8×16 mm for a single anode channel. In the paper, we first elaborate the simulation results of the algorithm with and without channel inconsistency. Then we calibrate the channel inconsistency and verify the algorithm using a general current signal processor Libera Photon in a low-speed scheme. Finally we get turn-by-turn beam size and position and calculate the vertical tune in a high-speed scheme. The experimental results show that measured values fit well with simulation results after channel differences are calibrated, and the fractional part of the tune in vertical direction is 0.3628, which is very close to the nominal value 0.3621.
