FeCrCoWCBY_2O_3合金激光熔覆层的性能研究

通过对FeCrCoWCBY_2O_3合金粉末在低碳钢表面进行激光熔覆,获得了C、B含量较高的无裂纹熔覆层,其厚度在1.0~1.5mm之间。利用XRD、SEM等分析了熔覆层的成分及显微组织结构,并测试了涂层的硬度和耐磨性。结果显示:激光处理后表面迅速熔化和冷却,组织由马氏体、残余奥氏体枝晶和枝晶间碳化物组成;熔覆层的硬度比熔覆基体提高3倍多,且硬度最高值不在表层,而在距离表面0.3mm处;耐磨性相对基体提高接近2倍。

P变质对不同冷速下过共晶压铸铝合金初晶Si的影响被引量:8

以过共晶压铸铝合金为对象,研究了P变质对不同冷却速度下初晶Si组织的影响。发现P变质处理前后随冷却速度的增加,初晶Si尺寸减小的变化趋势十分相似,并且都存在一个明显的突变区域。对于不同冷却速度下合金组织的细化,P变质都有很好的促进作用。同一冷却速度下,P变质后细化效果可增加42.7%,在冷却速度很高(铸件厚度达到1mm)时,P变质对初晶Si仍然具有很好的细化作用。在快速凝固和P变质双重作用下,初晶Si组织得到更加明显的细化。Al-P中间合金是一种良好的过共晶压铸铝合金变质剂。

Crystallization of Fe_(78)Si_9B_(13) Bulk Crystaline/ Amorphous(c/a) Composite

A metallic crystalline/amorphous (c/a) bulk composite was prepared by the slow cooling method after remelting the amorphous Fe78Si9B13 ribbon. By X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), the composite consists of the primary dendrite α-Fe (without Si) as well as the amorphous matrix. After being anneal at 800 K, the uniform spheroid particles are formed in the c/a composite, which does not form in the amorphous ribbon under the various annealing process. Energy dispersive analysis of X-rays (EDAX), SEM and XRD were applied to give more detailed information. The formation and evolution of the particle may stimulate the possible application of the Fe-matrix amorphous alloy.

Effect of Ni on glass-forming ability of Cu-Ti-based amorphous alloys

Ribbons of amorphous Cu-Ti-Ni alloys were prepared by the melt spinning method. The amorphous structure of these ribbons was confirmed by X-ray diffractametry and transmission electron microscopy. The effect of Ni on the glass-forming ability of Cu-Ti-based alloys was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). It is found that the supercooled liquid region, ?Tx value shows the maximum value of 61℃ at x=10 in the Cu50Ti50?xNix (x=0, 5, 10, 15 mole fraction, %) system. And the reduced glass transition temperature, Trg, is smaller than 0.45. The glass forming ability(GFA) of Cu-Ti alloy is not effectively promoted by Ni addition.

Effects of Microalloying on Glass Forming Ability and Thermodynamic Fragility of Cu-Pr-Based Amorphous Alloys被引量:1

The effects of microalloying of Ti and B on the glass formation of Cu60Pr30Ni10Al10-2xTixBx(x=0, 0.05%(atom fraction)) amorphous alloys was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). XRD analysis showed that microalloying with 0.05% Ti and 0.05% B improved the glass forming ability (GFA). The smaller difference in the Gibbs free energy between the liquid and crystalline states at the glass transition temperature (ΔGl-x (Tg)) and the smaller thermodynamic fragility index (ΔSf/Tm, where ΔSf is the entropy of fusion, and Tm is the melting temperature) after microalloying correlated with the higher GFA.

Effect of Co on Microstructure and Interfacial Properties of Fe-Based Laser Cladding被引量:10

The coatings consisting of Fe0.64Ni0.36 dendrites as matrix and(Fe,Cr)7(C,B)3 interdendritic compounds as reinforcement were fabricated on the medium steel substrate by laser cladding using the Fe-based powders with different Co content,and Co is uniformly dissolved in the coatings.Compared with the coatings containing 1% and 5% Co,the coating containing 3% Co increases in the area fraction of the interdendritic region by about 5%,in the microhardness nearby the interface by about HV 55 and in the interfacial bond strength by about 30 MPa.The interface fracture morphology exhibits the tear appearance,which can be characterized as the ductile fracture.

WC对铁基激光熔覆层微观组织与磨损性能的影响被引量:20

采用同步送粉方式,在45号钢基材上制备了WC添加量分别为0、2.5%、3.5%、4.0%、4.5%和5.0%的铁基合金熔覆层。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、电子探针(EPMA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、显微硬度计、耐磨试验研究了不同WC加入量对熔覆层组织结构、硬度、磨损性能的影响。结果表明,WC的熔入主要影响熔覆层枝晶间组织,增加了W2C相。适量的WC加入可以形成大量细小的硬质相颗粒,从而提高铁基合金熔覆层的硬度与耐磨性。

间断时效工艺对A356合金力学性能及微观组织的影响被引量:10

研究了A356合金在不同时效工艺下的力学性能及微观组织。结果表明:A356合金在间断时效工艺(T6/6)下比传统T6处理工艺时的抗拉强度提高11%,硬度提高了12%,断后伸长率提高40%;合金中共晶硅球化、细小且分布更加均匀。

热处理对激光熔覆Ni基合金层组织耐磨性的影响被引量:12

采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、电子探针、显微硬度计和洛氏硬度计研究了45钢激光熔覆Ni基合金及后续热处理后的组织结构、显微硬度、洛氏硬度和耐磨损性能。结果表明:Ni基合金激光熔覆层的洛氏硬度高达43 HRC,热处理又进一步使熔覆层的硬度提高到56 HRC。组织细化、Cr1.65Fe0.35B0.96和Cr2B3硬质相的析出是熔覆层硬度和耐磨性提高的原因。
