Microwave-aided roasting for extraction of vanadium from stone coal被引量:2

Low recovery rate,high energy consumption and serious pollution are existed in traditional processes of vanadium extraction.To seek a new process with high recovery rate,low energy consumption and less pollution discharge is of great significance.Microwave-aided roasting for vanadium extraction is an environmentally-friendly technology.Non-pollution roasting processes with additives following sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate,under microwave irradiation were investigated with stone coal.The valence variation of vanadium in oxidation roasting of the vanadium bearing stone coal was studied.The results showed that the oxidation process of vanadium was a stepwise process following V(Ⅲ)→V(Ⅳ)→V(Ⅴ).The roasted stone coal was characterized by XRD,SEM.Factors associated with extraction rate were investigated following roasting temperature,roasting time,microwave power,and amount of roasting additive.Comparing with conventional roasting process,the recovery rate was higher without air pollution.

用复合沉淀法去除氢氧化钡中的锶和钙被引量:5

锶、钙的存在严重影响氢氧化钡的质量。研究了用复合沉淀法去除八水氢氧化钡中的锶和钙。以氟化铵为主沉淀剂,考察了反应温度、氟化铵用量和搅拌时间对锶、钙去除率的影响。结果表明:当反应温度为75℃、氟化铵过量系数为2.5、搅拌时间100 min时,Sr2+和Ca2+的去除率分别为85.7%和100%,Ba2+损失率仅为4.7%。复合沉淀剂(NH4CO3-NH4F)可改变氟化物的结晶行为,提高沉淀物的分离性能。

偏心空气射流双层桨搅拌反应器流场结构的分形特征被引量:20

搅拌槽内流场分为混沌混合区和隔离区。为提高搅拌槽内流体的混合效率、降低搅拌过程的能耗,调控流场结构特征是重要的途径。结合图像处理软件,实验研究了偏心空气射流双层桨搅拌槽内空气-水体系的流场结构分形维数的变化规律。实验结果表明,流场结构分形维数受搅拌转速和空气流速的共同作用;偏心空气射流能改变流场结构分形维数,使流体混沌混合特性增强;机械搅拌转速增大,能改变射流场的拟序结构,提高气液混合效率。

微波辅助3-甲酰氨基吡唑-4-羰酸衍生物的合成被引量:1

利用微波辅助技术,以3-氨基吡唑-4-甲酰胺、3-氨基吡唑-4-甲酸乙酯为原料合成新型毗唑化合物--3-甲酰氨基吡唑-4-甲酰胺、3-甲酰氨基吡唑4-甲酸乙酯,系统的研究了反应时间、反应温度、原料配比以及催化剂用量对反应的影响,确定该反应的最优化反应条件:3-氨基吡唑-4-羰基取代化合物与甲酰胺的比例1:4,催化剂用量为甲酰胺的1%-1.5%,100℃下反应40min,产品收率达90.5%,纯度〉97%。目标化合物结构经红外光谱、核磁共振等分析方法验证。

含钒废水中氨氮回收的实验被引量:3

沉钒废水含有六价铬、五价钒、四价钛等重金属离子以及高浓度的氨氮等,难以实现废水的循环利用。实验采用硫酸铝与氨氮生成硫酸铝铵结晶析出,以实现氨氮的回收及其资源化利用。研究了硫酸铝的用量、pH值、反应时间、反应温度等条件对氨氮回收的影响。实验结果表明,对于氨氮浓度为6224.87 mg/L的沉钒废水,当n[(NH4)2SO4]∶n[Al2(SO4)3.18H2O]=1.0∶1.5,pH=1.5,反应时间50 min,反应温度50℃,氨氮回收率为95.85%,反应温度90℃时,氨氮的回收率高达97.75%,废水中氨氮浓度降至140 mg/L,可实现废水的循环利用。

Removal of ammonium from steel wastewater by struvite precipitation

Ammonia is the major pollutant in many industrial and agricultural wastewaters,while with an increasing demand for nitrogen fertilizer worldwide,recovery of ammonia from high concentration ammonium wastewater is a significant way to reduce environmental pollution and to meet the development requirements.The present work was to investigate the factors following pH value,molar ratio of chemical reagents to afford theoretical support for wastewater treatment and resource recycling.Precipitate of struvite was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).Results indicated that by formation of magnesium ammoniumphosphate,ammonium in steel wastewater could be removed under the conditions following pH 10,with molar ratio of PO43-∶NH4+∶Mg2+ 1.3∶1∶1.2,and the ammonium removal efficiency was up to 95%.

Fe-Ni-P合金改性空心微珠及吸波性能研究被引量:11

采用化学镀的方法制备了表面包覆Fe-Ni—P合金的空心微珠,研究了制备方法及条件对空心玻璃微珠表面改性的影响,并对其吸波性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,空心玻璃微珠表面镀层中铁、镍的质量分数分别为30.1%和63.2%,在频率为16.80GHz处,涂层的反射衰减可达-18.20dB,且在12.5~18.00GHz频段范围内,反射衰减皆低于-10.00dB。

Composition and recovery method for electrolytic manganese residue被引量:4

According to the statistic analysis,the reserve of manganese in electrolytic manganese residue deposit is over 780 kt. The average contents of available manganese and ammonium reach 3.90% and 1.68% (mass fraction),respectively. Large amount of manganese compounds and ammonium sulfate are detruded without any treatment or recovery. The compositions of the main elements in electrolytic manganese residue were analyzed comprehensively based on the extensive research data. According to the new development of electrolytic manganese residue comprehensively used in recent years,a water washing residue-twice precipitation process was also proposed. The experimental results indicate that manganese dioxide silicon dioxide and calcium sulfate are presented as amorphous state in the manganese residues. The recovery rates of manganese and nitrogen reach up to 99.5% and 94.5 %,respectively. The recovery process can be easily implemented,environment-friendly and fitting for industrial production.

五硫代碳酸钠处理含Cr(Ⅵ)水溶液的实验研究被引量:2

采用一种新型还原剂五硫代碳酸钠(Na2CS5)处理含Cr(Ⅵ)水溶液。考察了含Cr(Ⅵ)水溶液的pH值、五硫代碳酸钠的用量、反应时间、沉淀时间和Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度等对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响。结果表明,含Cr(Ⅵ)水溶液初始pH值和沉淀阶段溶液的pH值分别控制为1.5和8~8.5,n(Cr2O72-)∶n(CS52-)=1∶3,反应和沉淀时间均为60 min时,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率高达99.9%,残留Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度〈0.041 mg/L,小于污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)。沉淀物经处理可制得重要的化工原料Cr2O3。
