CeTTA4·HP(here,TTA=2-Thenoyltrifluoroacetone,HP=Piperidine)has been synthesized and characterized.we found that the CeTTA4·HP complex can cleave circular plasmid pBR322 DNA at pH7.2 and 37℃.In addition,we choose BDNPP(bis(2,4-dinitro phenyl)-phosphate)as a model compound to further study the cleavage mechanism for pBR322 DNA.From the second-order kinetics equation,we prove indirectly the mechanism may be hydrolytic cleavage.
The crystal structure of the title compound,C21H25N7O7,has been determined in the orthorhombic space group C222(1) with a=8.993(10),b=12.149(14),c=22.20(2) and Z=4.There exist intramolecular C-H…O and N-H…N hydrogen bonds in the title crystal structure.The intermolecular N-H…N and C-H…O hydrogen bonds together with π-π stacking interactions(face-to-face) link the molecules into an infinite three-dimensional supramolecular network.
