Analysis of quantization noise and state estimation with quantized measurements被引量:3

The approximate correction of the additive white noise model in quantized Kalman filter is investigated under certain conditions. The probability density function of the error of quantized measurements is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The analysis is based on the probability theory and nonparametric density estimation technique, respectively. The approximator of probability density function of quantized measurement noise is given. The numerical results of nonparametric density estimation algorithm demonstrate that the theoretical conclusion is reasonable. Based on the analysis of quantization noise, a novel algorithm for state estimation with quantized measurements also is proposed. The algorithm is based on the least-squares estimator and unscented transform. By least-squares estimator, the effective information is extracted from the quantized measurements. Also, using the information to update the estimated state can give a better estimation under the influence of quantization. The root mean square error (RMSE) of the proposed algorithm is compared with the RMSE of the existing methods for a typical tracking scenario in wireless sensor networks systems. Simulations provide a strong evidence that this tracking algorithm could indeed give us a more precise estimated result.

Quantized innovations Kalman filter: stability and modification with scaling quantization被引量:3

The stability of quantized innovations Kalman filtering (QIKF) is analyzed. In the analysis, the correlation between quantization errors and measurement noises is considered. By taking the quantization errors as a random perturbation in the observation system, the QIKF for the original system is equivalent to a Kalman-like filtering for the equivalent state-observation system. Thus, the estimate error covariance matrix of QIKF can be more exactly analyzed. The boundedness of the estimate error covariance matrix of QIKF is obtained under some weak conditions. The design of the number of quantized levels is discussed to guarantee the stability of QIKF. To overcome the instability and divergence of QIKF when the number of quantization levels is small, we propose a Kalman filter using scaling quantized innovations. Numerical simulations show the validity of the theorems and algorithms.

空对空多目标跟踪攻击系统作战效能仿真与分析有助于航空电子综合火力控制系统的整体评价.从数字仿真的角度出发,建立了相控阵雷达多目标跟踪模型、三维空战次最优火控模型以及作战效能评估模型,基于航空电子综合火力控制系统的大闭环思想,提出了系统作战效能分析指标和方法.1∶2多目标跟踪攻击进行仿真和效能分析验证了算法的有效性,为航空电子综合火控系统整体性研究奠定了基础.

Image registration method based on improved Harris corner detector被引量:8

Harris corner detector is a classic tool to extract feature.It is stable to illumination change and rotation but unstable to more complicated transform.In order to register images with different viewpoints,we extend Harris corner detector to scale-space to gain invariance to scale change,then we apply affine shape adaptation to the scale invariant point until convergence is reached,giving it invariance to affine transform.With these local features,we use general feature descriptor and matching algorithm to generate matches and then use the matches to calculate the geometric transform matrix,which enables the final registration.Result shows that our algorithm can get more accurate matches than scale invariant feature transform SIFT,and less difference exists between registered images.

基于角点和Hu矩不变量的可见光和红外图像自动配准方法被引量:3

针对红外图像与可见光图像的自动配准问题,提出了一种基于图像角点特征和透视变换模型的方法。首先采用自适应阈值对红外与可见光图像进行分割,然后利用Harris因子分别在分割后的红外和可见光图像上检测角点。通过分析角点邻域在原始图像上的相关性实现角点的粗匹配。接着通过RANSAC算法对角点进行细匹配,删除outliers,再由Hu矩不变量进一步提纯角点。最后利用最终匹配的角点作为透视变换的控制点,得到透视变换模型。用该模型对待配准图像进行透视变换,可实现图像配准。实验结果表明,该方法的配准精度高,可以很好地完成红外与可见光图像的自动配准。
