Effects of annealing temperature on microstructure and ferroelectric properties of Bi_(0.5)(Na_(0.85)K_(0.15))_(0.5)TiO_3 thin films

Bi0.5(Na0.85K0.15)0.5TiO3(BNKT15) thin films were synthesized by metal-organic decomposition(MOD) at annealing temperatures of 650,680,710 and 740℃,and the effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure,dielectric properties,remnant polarization(2Pr) and leakage current density were studied with X-ray diffractometer,atomic force microscope,precision impedance analyzer,ferroelectric analysis station and semiconductor parameter tester.The results show that the thin film annealed at 710℃ exhibits a typical perovskite structure without predominant orientation and a smooth surface with evenly distributed grains.2Pr value(67.4 μC/cm2 under 830 kV/cm) and the leakage current density(1.6×10-6 A/cm2 at 170 kV/cm) for BNKT15 thin film annealed at 710℃ are better than those for thin films annealed at other temperatures.

Evolution of domain structure and frequency effect on ferroelectric properties in BIT ferroelectrics被引量:2

Based on the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau(TDGL) equation,the temporal evolution of the domain structure and hysteresis loops of polarization versus electric field were simulated by a phase-field model for Bi4Ti3O12(BIT) ferroelectric single crystal under an applied electric field. In the static electric energy induced by an applied alternating electric field,the effects of field frequency on the ferroelectric properties of BIT ferroelectrics were investigated. The results show that the evolution of ferroelectric domain structure is a gradual process including domain nucleation,domain wall motion,domain growth and domain combination. In the boundary regions of ferroelectric domain,the new domain nucleations occur and the old domains disappear. The coercive field increases with the field frequency,and it is in good agreement with the previous experiment.

Micro-structure sensors based on ZnO microcrystals with contact-controlled ethanol sensing被引量:7

ZnO microcrystals are synthesized through a facile solution method and characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, selected area electron diffraction and X-ray diffraction. The ethanol sensing properties of these microcrystals are investigated by spin-coating them on a silicon substrate with Pt electrodes to fabricate a micro-structure sensor. The sensitivity is up to 8 when the sensor is exposed to 50 ppm ethanol, and the response time and recovery time are 10 s and 20 s, respectively. A contact-controlled model is established to explain the sensing properties of the microcrystals, which provides another approach to realize high-performance gas sensors.

硫系玻璃微结构缺陷对其二阶非线性光学性能的影响被引量:1

采用传统的熔融淬冷法制备不同锗锑比的GeSbS硫系玻璃。通过研究玻璃的拉曼光谱、扫描电镜和电子探针显微分析后发现,硫系玻璃内部的微结构缺陷对其二阶非线性光学性能有显著影响,玻璃体系内存在的Sb2S3微晶或金属锑颗粒能使硫系玻璃在未经极化处理前就具有较大的二阶非线性光学性能;经电场温度场极化处理后,随着微晶的增多和进一步长大,导致GeSbS玻璃具有更高的非线性光学性能;由于Sb2S3微晶或金属锑的存在,导致玻璃具有较高的二阶非线性光学性能。

压电薄膜表面贯穿裂纹的有限元分析

基于有限元软件ANSYS数值模拟,计算了激光作用下的压电薄膜表面贯穿裂纹外场应力强度因子和电位移强度因子,并且研究了90°畴变所诱致的畴变增韧行为。首先,求解无裂纹压电薄膜在激光作用下的热-力-电响应,将求得的应力和电位移场反向作用于裂纹面,求解裂纹尖端处的外场应力和电位移强度因子,然后基于小范围畴变理论求解了90°畴变所致的屏蔽应力强度因子。讨论了薄膜表面裂纹的外场应力强度因子、电位移强度因子及屏蔽应力强度因子随激光作用时间和裂纹位置的变化关系,从而预测压电薄膜体系在加热工作状况下的裂纹扩展和断裂行为。
