Copolymers with fluorescence properties in mesoporous silica SBA-15:Synthesis and characterization被引量:2

A novel copolymer with fluorescence properties in mesoporous silica SBA-15 was prepared via a combination of surface-initiated reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization and "click" chemistry.A sufficient amount of peroxide groups were introduced into mesoporous silica SBA-15 channel pores and were further used to initiate the RAFT polymerization of styrene and 4-vinylbenzyl azide,resulting in SBA-15 supported polystyrene-co-poly(4-vinylbenzyl azide) copolymer(PS-co-PVBA/SBA-15) hybrid material.The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),thermogravimetry analysis(TGA),N_2 adsorption-desorption isotherms and X-ray diffraction(XRD),respectively.The results show that the styrene and 4-vinylbenzyl azide had copolymerized inside mesoporous silica SBA-15.Subsequently,Npropargyl-carbazole(PC) was connected to PS-co-PVBA/SBA-15 hybrid material via "click" reaction,resulting in PS-co-PVBC/SBA-15 with carbazole side groups hybrid material.The fluorescence spectrum is dominated by a broad band from 350 nm to 400 nm in narrow region and the maximum peak is 362 nm,indicating the characteristic absorption of the carbazole group of PS-co-PVBC/SBA-15 hybrid material.

Preparation and characterization of optically functional hollow sphere hybrid materials by surface-initiated RATRP and "click" chemistry被引量:5

The random copolymers grafted onto the surfaces of SiO2 hollow sphere via reverse atom transfer radical polymerization (RATRP) and "click" chemistry were investigated. A sufficient amount of peroxides, as initiating moieties, were introduced onto the surface of hollow spheres. Then styrene and 4-vinylbenzyl azide were polymerized via surface-initiated reverse atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-RATRP) using the peroxide group modified hollow sphere as initiator, resulting in hollow spheres (HS) with grafted polystyrene-co-poly(4-vinylbenzyl azide) copolymer brushes as (HS-g-PS-co-PVBA) intermedi- ate material. Subsequently, N-propargyl-carbazole (PC) was covalently bonded to HS-g-PS-co-PVBA by the "click" reaction, resulting in the HS-g-PS-co-PVBPC hybrid material. The excitation spectrum is dominated by a broad band from 350 nm to 400 nm with the maximum peak at 362 nm, attributed to the characteristic absorption of the carbazole grouD of HS-g-PS-co-PVBPC hybrid material.

基于RAFT聚合的蜂窝状有序多孔膜的制备及表征被引量:1

以苯乙烯为单体,S,S'-(a,a'-二甲基-a″-乙酸)三硫代碳酸酯(BDAAT)为链转移剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,进行苯乙烯(St)的可逆加成——断裂链转移(RAFT)自由基聚合,同时以传统的自由基本体聚合方法制备聚苯乙烯(PS)。然后以两种方法制备的PS和聚乙二醇(PEG)为成膜物质,通过水滴模板法在高湿氮气下制备了微观多孔膜。探讨了聚苯乙烯多孔膜的形成机理,研究了聚合方式、聚合物溶液质量分数及溶剂的挥发性等对微观多孔膜结构的影响。研究结果表明,多孔薄膜的形貌受线性聚合物的末端基团以及亲水性物质等综合因素的影响,膜孔径随聚合物溶液质量分数的增大而减小。

以空心球表面负载的偶氮基团为引发剂,以苯乙烯和对叠氮甲基苯乙烯为单体,通过反向碘原子转移自由基聚合(RITP)制备了空心球-g-苯乙烯-co-对叠氮甲基苯乙烯(Hollow sphere-g-PS-co-PVBA)杂化材料,再通过N-炔丙基咔唑与空心球-g-PS-co-PVBA的"Click"反应,得到具有光功能的空心球-g-PS-co-PVBPC有机-无机杂化材料。并用扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)和荧光光谱等对产物进行了测试和分析。结果表明,空心球表面接枝了苯乙烯和对叠氮甲基苯乙烯的无规共聚物,接枝率约为36%;聚合体系按照反向碘原子转移自由基聚合(RITP)机理进行;空心球-g-PS-co-PVBPC杂化材料在360 nm附近出现了强烈的荧光发射峰,说明点击反应的成功进行。
