Antimony-doped tin oxide nanometer conductive-powders were synthesized by the hydrothermal method from the starting SnCl4.5H2O and SbCl3.The conductive-powder compose and the appearance were characterized by means of XRD and TEM.The effets of doping capacity,reaction temperature and pH on nanoparticles grainsize and electrical property were studied.The results showed that nanoparticles synthesized possessed tetragonal rutile structure with an average grain size near 16 nm,the particles of resistance rate to 12.3Ω.cm.TEM photographs showed that the particles weakly agglomerated.
