制备条件对压电陶瓷/丁腈橡胶复合材料介电性能和压电性能的影响被引量:1

以丁腈橡胶为基质、铌镁锆钛酸铅粉体为分散相,制备了压电陶瓷/丁腈橡胶复合材料,研究了极化条件和成型压力对复合材料介电性能和压电性能的影响。结果发现,复合材料的介电常数随极化电场强度、极化温度和成型压力的增加而增加;压电常数随极化电场强度和成型压力的增加而增加,而在极化温度为80℃时出现最大值。

Preparation of Eu(TTA)_2phen(MA)/SiR Fluorescent Materials under High Mechanical Blending Temperature

Eu(TTA)2(phen)(MA) complexes were synthesized, in which MA was introduced as the acidic ligand to increase the fluorescent intensity of the complexes. The complexes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and fluorescent spectra, respectively. Different amounts of rare earth complexes were blended with silicon rubber over the melting point of Eu(TTA)2(phen)(MA). Next, a definite amount of 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di (tert-butylperoxy) hexane was added as a cross linker to the composite, to get the uncured composites. Subsequently, the composites were vulcanized at 160 ℃, and silicon rubber-based composites with different contents of the complexes were prepared and their fluorescent properties were observed. The contents of rare earth complexes were 0.96%, 2.83%, 4.63% and 6.36% (mass fraction), respectively. Moreover, the composites of Eu(TTA)2(phen)(MA)/SiR were measured by SEM, XRD, and fluorescent spectra. The measurement result shows that the fluorescent intensity of uncured rubber is similar to one of the pure rare earth complexes. However, there is no marked change of fluorescent intensity in the uncured rubber when the content of rare earth complexes continues to increase.

Eu(Sal)_3Phen的荧光性能及其合成工艺的研究被引量:3

详细考察了合成工艺(加料方式和加料顺序)对稀土有机三元配合物铕-啉菲咯啉-水杨酸(Eu(Sal)3Phen)荧光性能的影响,发现单体的添加方式和添加顺序对Eu(Sal)3Phen的荧光性能有影响;对Eu(Sal)3Phen做了红外光谱表征(IR),表明所采用的工艺条件可以生成Eu(Sal)3Phen配合物;且对各种工艺条件下合成的Eu(Sal)3Phen做了相态结构观察(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD),发现凡是在能合成荧光性能较好的Eu(Sal)3Phen的工艺条件下合成的Eu(Sal)3Phen的结构较规整,结晶性好。从而表明,合成结构规整,结晶性好的稀土有机配合物是提高其荧光性能的重要因素之一。

Influence of Blending Temperature on Fluorescence Properties of Silicone Rubber Matrix Eu(TTA)_2(phen)(MA) Composites被引量:3

A series of fluorescent composites were prepared by blending silicone rubber with Eu(TTA)2(phen)(MA). The influence of mechanical blending temperature on fluorescent intensity of composites and dispersion of rare earth complexes in the SiR matrix were investigated. As for the cured rubber, it is found that its fluorescent intensity is relatively low compared with that of uncured rubber. Low temperature is beneficial to dispersion of Eu(TTA)2(phen)(MA) homogeneously. When the amount of rare earth complexes is low, the fluorescent intensity of composites prepared by mechanical blending method above melting point of Eu(TTA)2(phen)(MA) is much higher than that of composites prepared below melting point.

原位反应法制备丙烯酸钐/丁腈橡胶复合材料及其荧光性能研究被引量:15

通过两种不同的原位反应制备了丙烯酸钐 /丁腈橡胶 [Sm( AA) 3/NBR]复合材料 . SEM和 TEM结果表明 ,原位反应使稀土配合物的粒径减小 ,且均匀地分散在基体聚合物中 .荧光分析表明 ,以 2 60 nm作为激发波长时 ,两种复合材料在 3 79nm( 4D1 / 2 ,6 P7/ 2 → 6 H5/ 2 )和 41 8nm( 4L1 5/ 2 ,4 G1 / 2 → 6 H5/ 2 )处出现了与自由离子基本相同的发射峰 ( 3 74和 3 90 nm) ,属于受配体微扰的中心离子发光 .原位反应制备的复合材料在不同激发波长下的荧光强度均比非原位反应体系的荧光强度高 .随着稀土含量的增加 ,其荧光强度增加 ,至稀土质量分数为 3 0

采用稀土铽氧化物 (Tb4 O7)、邻苯二甲酸氢钾 (KHPht)和邻菲啉 (Phen)合成铽三元配合物Tb(Pht) 3Phen ,通过机械共混、交联成型制备Tb(Pht) 3Phen/NBR或Tb(Pht) 3Phen/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶复合材料。扫描电子显微镜观察表明 ,机械混合后稀土配合物的粒径减小 ;荧光性能测试表明 ,当Tb(Pht) 3Phen质量分数达到一定值时 ,复合材料的荧光性能比Tb(Pht) 3Phen配合物好 ,且随着Tb(Pht) 3Phen含量增大 ,复合材料的荧光强度增大 ,直到Tb(Pht) 3Phen质量分数大于 0 .2 3 1时才出现“浓度猝灭”现象 ;Tb(Pht) 3Phen质量分数相同时 ,Tb(Pht) 3Phen /甲基乙烯基硅橡胶体系的荧光强度比Tb(Pht) 3Phen/NBR体系大。

二种Eu建筑群, Eu ( TTA ) 2 ( Phen )( AA )并且 Eu ( TTA ) 2 ( Phen )(麻省)( HTTA=2-Thenoyltrifluoroacetone ,Phen=1,10- phenanthroline , AA=acrylic 酸, MA=Maleic 酐),它联合了 Eu ( TTA )的优秀荧光性质 2 ( Phen )( H2O )并且丙烯酸的酸的反应并且缩苹果酸与激进分子一起的酐,被综合。二建筑群被元素的分析描绘,红外线(红外) 系列,和 X 光检查光电子光谱学(XPS ) 。基于出现从的数据荧光灯 Eu 麻省和 Eu-AA 建筑群的系列,(=2 并且 4 ) 试验性的紧张参数被计算。结果证明为二建筑群的 2 个紧张参数是比为 Eu (TTA ) 的那些小的 2 (Phen )(H2O ) 复杂,显示不太对称的化学环境在建筑群存在。它暗示这二建筑群的 5D0 的放射的效率能被麻省和 AA 的 ligand 分别地提高。Eu-AA 的光一生(=7.26 琠敨挠牡??

Physical dispersion state and fluorescent property of Eu-complex in the Eu-complex/silicon rubber composites被引量:7

The fluorescent complex Eu(TTA)2(Phen)(MA) (HTTA=2-Thenoyltrifluoroacetone, Phen=1,10-phenanthroline, MA=Maleic an- hydrider) was synthesized and characterized with elemental analysis, infrared spectrum (IR), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray Diffraction(XRD), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and fluorescent measurement. To explore the effect of different physical disper- sion state of Eu-complex on the fluorescent property of the Eu-complex/silicon rubber composites, various quantities of Eu(TTA)2(phen) (MA) were mixed with silicon rubber (SiR) and peroxide to form uncured composites. These composites were vulcanized to obtain cured Eu-complex/SiR composites at 250 °C, which was higher than the melting-point of Eu-complex. The SEM, XRD, DSC, and the fluorescent measurement of these composites showed that both the complex molecules dispersed in the silicon rubber during the melting process and the parent Eu-complex particles had positive effects on fluorescent property, whereas the re-crystallized Eu-complex particles and the aggregating complexes formed during the melting-process had negative effects on fluorescent property. For the uncured composites, their fluorescent intensities almost did not change with the increasing amount of Eu-complex. Furthermore, for the composites with small content of Eu-complex, their fluorescent intensities decreased significantly after curing, and this difference in fluorescent intensity became smaller as the content of Eu-complex increases.
