The effect of end-capping groups in A-D-A type non-fullerene acceptors on device performance of organic solar cells被引量:1

A series of novel wide bandgap small molecules(IFT-ECA, IFT-M, IFT-TH and IFT-IC) based on the A-D-A structure with indenofluorene core, thiophene bridge, and different electron-deficient end-capping groups, were synthesized and used as non-fullerene acceptors in organic solar cells. The influences of end-capping groups on the device performance were studied.The four materials exhibited different physical and chemical properties due to the variation of end-capping groups, which further affect the exciton dissociation, charge transport, morphology of the bulk-heterojunction films and device performance. Among them, IFT-IC-based device delivered the best power conversion efficiency of 7.16% due to proper nano-scale phase separation morphology and high electron mobility, while the devices based on the other acceptors achieved lower device performance(4.14% for IFT-TH, <1% for IFT-ECA and IFT-M). Our results indicate the importance of choosing suitable electron-withdrawing groups to construct high-performance non-fullerene acceptors based on A-D-A motif.

钙钛矿太阳电池研究进展:薄膜形貌控制与界面工程被引量:20

有机-无机杂化钙钛矿太阳电池因兼具低成本溶液加工和优异的光电转换性能在国际上倍受关注.基于其吸收强、迁移率高、载流子寿命长、可调控带隙以及可采用多种方式加工等优势,钙钛矿太阳电池在短短5年时间里,实验室小面积器件的能量转换效率已经从低于5%提高到近20%,模块器件的能量转换效率可达8.7%,其效率超过了很多其他类型太阳电池,接近可以商业化的水平.借助于相关材料性质理解和电池设计优化,钙钛矿太阳电池效率的进一步提升存在很大的潜力空间.本文通过文献综述,在回顾国内外钙钛矿太阳电池发展情况的基础上,着重讨论影响钙钛矿太阳电池性能的其中两个重要因素:薄膜形貌控制与界面工程,并分析了钙钛矿太阳电池面临的基础科学问题以及展望该技术的未来前景.

水/醇溶聚合物界面材料在聚合物光电器件中的应用及性能研究被引量:9

系统研究了系列不同共轭与非共轭水/醇溶聚合物作为界面修饰材料在聚合物发光二极管和聚合物太阳电池中的应用及结构性能关系.研究了界面层厚度,器件金属电极功函对材料界面修饰性能的影响.在此基础上,系统对比研究了共轭与非共轭水/醇溶聚合物界面材料在不同聚合物光电器件中界面修饰性能的差别.内建电势测试与器件研究结果表明,在聚合物发光二极管中,共轭材料表现出明显优于非共轭材料的性能,特别是在超高功函数的金属金电极器件中,共轭的水/醇溶聚合物材料依然表现出很好的电子注入/传输性能;在聚合物太阳电池中,共轭材料的界面修饰性能也优于非共轭类界面修饰材料.

水醇溶性小分子卟啉衍生物的合成及其在聚合物太阳电池中的应用被引量:9

设计合成了Por-N,Por-NBr,Por-Cu-N和Por-Cu-NBr四种水醇溶性小分子卟啉衍生物.对这类卟啉小分子衍生物的紫外可见吸收光谱研究表明,基于金属铜配位的卟啉小分子衍生物较未配位化合物有微弱的蓝移.循环伏安法对这类小分子卟啉衍生物的研究表明,基于金属铜配合物的卟啉衍生物的最高占有分子轨道能级均没有明显变化.采用空间电荷限制电流方法对小分子卟啉衍生物的研究表明,基于金属铜配位的卟啉小分子衍生物的电子迁移率得到明显提高.以聚合物PCE10为给体材料,富勒烯衍生物PC71BM为受体材料,以及合成的小分子卟啉衍生物为阴极界面层制备了结构为ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PCE10:PC71BM/卟啉小分子衍生物/Al的聚合物太阳电池器件.器件研究结果表明,化合物Por-NBr,Por-Cu-N与Por-Cu-NBr作为电子传输层的器件的光电转换效率达到9%以上,其中以Por-Cu-N作为阴极界面层的器件达到的最高效率为9.12%,相应器件的短路电流密度,开路电压以及填充因子分别为16.91 m A·cm-2,0.79 V和68.1%.表明这类水醇溶性小分子卟啉衍生物作为聚合物太阳电池的阴极界面层有着广阔的应用前景.

Small molecular non-fullerene electron acceptors for P3HT-based bulk-heterojunction solar cells被引量:5

Three small molecules with the same arms and different cores of perylene diimide(PDI)or indaceno[2,1-b:6,5-b']dithiophene(IDT)were designed and synthesized as the acceptor materials for P3HT-based bulk-heterojunction(BHJ)solar cells.The impacts of the different cores on the optical absorption,electrochemical properties,electron mobility,film morphology,photoluminescene characteristics,and solar cell performance were thoroughly studied.The three compounds possess a broad absorption covering the wavelength range of 400–700 nm and relatively low lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)energy levels of?3.86,?3.81 and?3.99 eV.The highest power conversion efficiency of 0.82%was achieved for the BHJ solar cells based on SM3 as the acceptor material,the compound with a PDI core.

Design, synthesis and photovoltaic properties of a series of new acceptor-pended conjugated polymers

A series of novel acceptor-pended conjugated polymers featuring a newly developed carbazole-derived unit are designed and synthesized. The relationships between chemical structure and optoelectronic properties of the polymers are systematically investigated.The control of UV-Vis absorption spectra and energy levels in resulting polymers are achieved by introducing suitable pended acceptor units. The photovoltaic properties of the resulting polymers are evaluated by blending the polymers with(6,6)-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester. The resulting solar cells exhibit moderate performances with high open-circuit voltage. Charge transport properties and morphology were investigated to understand the performance of corresponding solar cells.
