Enhancement of Active Anticorrosion via Ce-doped Zn-Al Layered Double Hydroxides Embedded in Sol-Gel Coatings on Aluminum Alloy被引量:2

Ce-doped Zn-Al layered double hydroxide(LDH) nanocontainer was synthesized by a co-precipitation method. X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) methods were used for the characterization of the LDH nanocontainer. The anticorrosion activity of the LDH powders embedded in a hybrid sol-gel coating on aluminum alloy 2024 was investigated by electrochemical impendence spectroscopy(EIS). The results showed that Ce(III) ions were successfully incorporated into LDHs layers. The sol-gel coating modified with Ce-doped Zn-Al LDHs exhibited higher anticorrosion behavior compared with both unmodified and Ce-undoped LDHs containing coatings, which proved the applicability of Ce-doped LDHs in delaying coating degradation and their potential application as nanocontainers of corrosion inhibitors in self-healing coatings.

CoFe_2O_4-石墨烯纳米复合材料的制备及微波吸收性能被引量:9

通过原位共沉淀法即Co2+、Fe2+均匀共沉淀在氧化石墨表面的同时氧化石墨被原位热还原,制备出CoFe2O4-石墨烯(CFO-GN)纳米复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、热重分析仪(TGA)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和矢量网络分析仪(VNA)等对复合材料的形貌、结构、元素成分及微波吸收性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:钴铁氧体(CoFe2O4)纳米粒子均匀分散在石墨烯层间及表面,CoFe2O4-石墨烯纳米复合材料同时具有介电损耗和磁损耗,表现出良好的微波吸收性能。CoFe2O4质量分数分别为88.62%和74.53%的CoFe2O4-石墨烯纳米复合材料,当厚度为2 mm时反射损耗分别可达-11.0 dB和-12.4 dB,反射损耗在-8 dB以下的频宽约为2.0 GHz和4.3 GHz。其中石墨烯含量相对较高的复合材料介电损耗较强,反射损耗强度较大,吸收频带较宽,具有更好的微波吸收性能。

Effect of temperature on corrosion behavior of 3003 aluminum alloy in ethylene glycol–water solution被引量:14

The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of 3003 aluminum alloy in ethylene glycol–water solution was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) techniques. The surface characterization was observed and determined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), atomic force microscopy(AFM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). The results demonstrate that the anodic aluminum dissolution and the cathodic oxygen reduction were accelerated by the increased temperature. However, as temperature was over60 °C, the solubility and concentration of oxygen decreased, resulting in the inhibition of cathodic reaction. The cathodic reaction rate of 3003 aluminum alloy rose to the maximum at 60 °C. The Warburg impedance in Nyquist diagram diminished and then was replaced by a negative capacitance caused by the absorption of intermediate corrosion product on electrode. On the other hand,after potentiodynamic measurements, 3003 aluminum alloy suffered pitting corrosion. The dissolution of aluminum alloy around secondary phase particles expanded both horizontally and vertically.

次氯酸钠对Ti6Al4V合金表面阳极氧化膜的形成和性能的影响(英文)

在环保型的槽液中有无添加次氯酸钠的情况下都成功制备了Ti6Al4V合金表面的阳极氧化膜。使用扫描电镜、能谱仪对制备的阳极氧化膜进行表征。结果显示,添加次氯酸钠可以引起膜层的快速生长以及膜层形貌厚度的显著变化。研究了随着时间的变化次氯酸钠对膜层的形成和结晶度的影响。同时,采用动电位极化和干摩擦滑动测试来评估阳极氧化膜的耐蚀和耐磨性能。结果发现,在次氯酸钠存在的条件下形成的膜层具有较好的耐蚀和耐磨性能。对次氯酸钠作用于氧化膜的生长速率和表面形貌的影响机制也进行了研究,发现在阳极氧化过程中,次氯酸根离子参与了阳极的反应,因此引起了氧化膜的快速生长进而影响整个阳极氧化过程。

锂硫电池正极用硫/介孔碳复合材料的制备及电化学性能被引量:7

制备了以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为模板的介孔碳,并将介孔碳和单质硫采用熔融渗透法复合制得硫/介孔碳复合材料。SEM、TEM和BET结果显示介孔碳成直径约为500 nm的大小均一的球体,存在孔径为2 nm的微孔;单质硫充分填充在介孔碳的微孔中。以硫/介孔碳复合物作为锂硫电池正极材料时显示出高的电化学性能。初始放电容量高达1 519 m Ah·g-1,在200 m A·g-1的电流密度下充放电200个循环后依然能保持在835 m Ah·g-1。硫/介孔碳复合材料的高倍率性能和优异的循环稳定性,源于介孔碳良好的导电性及其孔结构的固硫作用。

Graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composites prepared by spark plasma sintering被引量:7

Graphene-reinforced 7055 aluminum alloy composites with different contents of graphene were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS). The structure and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated. Testing results show that the hardness, compressive strength, and yield strength of the composites are improved with the addition of 1wt% graphene. A clean, strong interface is formed between the metal matrix and graphene via metallurgical bonding on atomic scale. Harmful aluminum carbide(Al_4C_3) is not formed during SPS processing. Further addition of graphene(above 1wt%) results in the deterioration in mechanical properties of the composites. The agglomeration of graphene plates is exacerbated with increasing graphene content, which is the main reason for this deterioration.

Microstructure and abrasive wear behaviour of anodizing composite films containing Si C nanoparticles on Ti6Al4V alloy被引量:4

Anodized composite films containing Si C nanoparticles were synthesized on Ti6Al4 V alloy by anodic oxidation procedure in C4O6H4Na2 electrolyte. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) were employed to characterize the morphology and composition of the films fabricated in the electrolytes with and without addition of Si C nanoparticles. Results show that Si C particles can be successfully incorporated into the oxide film during the anodizing process and preferentially concentrate within internal cavities and micro-cracks. The ball-on-disk sliding tests indicate that Si C-containing oxide films register much lower wear rate than the oxide films without Si C under dry sliding condition. Si C particles are likely to melt and then are oxidized by frictional heat during sliding tests. Potentiodynamic polarization behavior reveals that the anodized alloy with Si C nanoparticles results in a reduction in passive current density to about 1.54×10-8 A/cm2, which is more than two times lower than that of the Ti O2 film(3.73×10-8 A/cm2). The synthesized composite film has good anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties and the growth mechanism of nanocomposite film is also discussed.

Zn-Al-[V_(10)O_(28)]^(6-)双层氢氧化物掺杂对LY12铝合金表面溶胶-凝胶涂层性能的影响被引量:3

采用共沉淀法制备Zn-Al-[V10O28]6-双层氢氧化物(以下简称LDH-V),研究不同添加浓度(0.0、0.25×10-3、0.75×10-3、1.5×10-3、3.0×10-3mol·L-1)的LDH-V对LY12铝合金溶胶-凝胶涂层形貌、耐蚀性的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱研究LDH-V对涂层形貌和结构的影响.运用中性盐雾实验对涂层进行耐蚀性评估.利用电化学方法对涂层在0.05 mol·L-1的NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为进行研究.探讨加入LDH-V后溶胶-凝胶涂层的耐蚀机理.结果表明,一定量LDH-V的加入不仅可以提高溶胶-凝胶涂层的耐蚀性能,还可对涂层被破坏区域进行自修复,起到延缓铝合金基体腐蚀的作用.然而,当LDH-V的添加溶度超过一定值时,会破坏涂层的完整性并降低涂层的腐蚀防护性能.实验结果表明LDH-V最佳的添加浓度为1.5×10-3mol·L-1.

Effect of sodium tartrate concentrations on morphology and characteristics of anodic oxide film on titanium alloy Ti–10V–2Fe–3Al被引量:1

The effect of sodium tartrate concentrations on morphology and characteristics of anodic oxide film on titanium alloy was investigated. The alloy substrates were anodized in different concentration solutions of sodium tartrate with the addition of PTFE emulsion and their morphology and characteristics were analyzed. The anodic oxide film presented a uniform petaloid drums and micro-cracks morphology. Additionally, micro-cracks dramatically swelled with the increase of the tartrate concentrations. The thickness of the anodic oxide film increased with the concentrations until the concentration reached 15 g/L. The results of Raman analysis illustrate that all samples have similarity in the crystal structure, consisting of mainly amorphous TiO_2, some anatase TiO_2 and a small amount of rutile TiO_2. And the ratios of anatase TiO_2 and rutile TiO_2 increase with the concentrations until it reaches 15 g/L. Furthermore, the intensity of the peaks increases with enhanced concentrations until the concentration reaches 15 g/L. The corrosion resistance of the anodic oxide film is increased by the sodium tartrate with higher concentrations before15 g/L. The coefficient of friction of the anodic oxide film reduces with the concentrations until the concentration reaches 15 g/L, then the coefficient of friction of the anodic oxide film increases with the concentrations.

酒石酸钠体系中TC18钛合金阳极氧化膜的制备、表征与疲劳性能被引量:6

在以酒石酸钠为成膜剂的新型无氟环保电解液体系中对TC18钛合金进行阳极氧化,制备出一种钛合金阳极氧化膜。通过扫描电子显微镜和拉曼光谱仪分析了阳极氧化膜的形貌和相结构。采用电化学方法研究了阳极氧化后TC18钛合金的耐腐蚀性能。采用万能高频疲劳试验机进行高频疲劳试验。结果表明:膜层具有沟壑与鼓包的表面形貌。膜层具有非晶态、锐钛矿型及金红石型TiO2结构,可能有板钛矿TiO2结构。阳极氧化后TC18钛合金的耐蚀性有显著的提高。阳极氧化后TC18钛合金的拉伸性能与疲劳性能基本不降低,相比于传统硫酸-磷酸型阳极氧化,拉伸性能和疲劳性能得到了一定的改善。
