7A60铝合金点蚀行为的电化学噪声和电化学阻抗谱表征(英文)被引量:10

采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和电化学噪声(EN)方法研究回归再时效(RRA)热处理状态下7A60铝合金的点蚀行为,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)观察和分析合金的组织和第二相颗粒成分。结果表明,7A60铝合金在3.5%Na Cl溶液中存在两个腐蚀阶段,并且可以用EIS出现两个电容时间常数的时间和由EN计算出的小波分形维数D的变化来表征。SEM和EDS分析结果表明,在7A60铝合金中,严重的点蚀主要是由阳极相Mg Zn2引起的,其次是Al2MgC u和Mg2Si相,Al7Cu2Fe相对7A60铝合金点蚀行为的影响不大。

Corrosion Process Detection of Tinplate in Deaerated Functional Beverage by EIS被引量:2

The corrosion process of tinplate in deaerated functional beverage was investigated by using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) combined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) techniques. The results reveal that the uncoated tinplate shows a poor corrosion resistance and the corrosion type is detinning. During the initial stage of immersion, EIS spectrum consisted of two capacitance arcs with obvious time-constant dispersion effect, which was attributed to the two-dimensional and three-dimensional inhomogeneous distribution of the electrode surface. With the increase of immersion time, the capacitance arc of high frequency shrunk and degenerated, due to the corrosion of tin coating. The pore resistance of tin coating and the charger transfer resistance of substrate, which are determined from the electrochemical equivalent circuit, can be used as the indicators of tinplate corrosion process. The decrease of the pore resistance of tin coating indicates that the corrosion degree of tin layer becomes more severe, whereas the decrease of the charger transfer resistance of substrate implies that the corrosion degree of steel substrate also becomes more severe as the immersion time prolongs.

Degradation Process of Coated Tinplate by Phase Space Reconstruction Theory被引量:4

The degradation process of organosol coated tinplate in beverage was investigated by electrochemical noise (EN) technique combined with morphology characterization.EN data were analyzed using phase space reconstruction theory.With the correlation dimensions obtained from the phase space reconstruction,the chaotic behavior of EN was quantitatively evaluated.The results show that both electrochemical potential noise (EPN) and electrochemical current noise (ECN) have chaotic properties.The correlation dimensions of EPN increase with corrosion extent,while those of ECN seem nearly unchanged.The increased correlation dimensions of EPN during the degradation process are associated with the increased susceptibility to local corrosion.

环氧酚醛/镀锡薄钢板体系在功能饮料中的腐蚀行为被引量:7

利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和电化学噪声技术,并结合扫描电镜、能量散射X射线谱等表面分析技术,研究了环氧酚醛/镀锡薄钢板体系在功能饮料中的腐蚀过程并探讨了腐蚀机制.实验结果表明,浸泡前3,d EIS图呈现单容抗弧特征,涂层防护性能良好;浸泡28,d后EIS图呈现双容抗弧特征,电解质溶液已经渗透通过有机涂层;220,d后EIS图呈现3个时间常数的特征,镀锡层与基体金属发生了腐蚀;364,d后EIS图又呈现单容抗弧特征,涂层基本失去防护性能.随浸泡时间的增加,电流噪声的幅值逐渐增加,表明腐蚀程度越来越严重.环氧酚醛/镀锡薄钢板体系在功能饮料中的腐蚀过程,大致分为3个阶段:①涂层的润湿过程;②腐蚀性离子的传输并引发腐蚀;③腐蚀加剧.其腐蚀机制首先是涂层发生破损形成微孔,接着是涂层下的镀锡层在功能饮料的有机酸中发生腐蚀;镀锡层遭到腐蚀破坏后,由于基体金属碳钢具有更高的电化学活性,腐蚀过程转化为碳钢基体的溶解.

2219铝合金化学铣切溶液配方优化(英文)被引量:3

通过正交试验以及多指标分析法对2219铝合金的NaOH+Na2S+TEA+Al3+化学铣切溶液配方进行了最优化研究。实验结果表明,当将化铣后试样表面粗糙度作为分析时着重考虑的指标时,化铣溶液的最优配比为160~180g·L-1NaOH,5g·L-1Na2S,60g·L-1TEA,25g·L-1Al3+。当优先考虑化铣速率的影响时,溶液的最有配比为200g·L-1NaOH,14g·L-1Na2S,10~60g·L-1TEA,5g·L-1Al3+。而若同时考虑表面粗糙度和化铣速率两个指标,适用于2219铝合金化学铣切的最优溶液配方则应为200g·L-1NaOH,5g·L-1Na2S,60g·L-1TEA,5g·L-1Al3+,当使用此配比溶液对2219铝合金进行化铣后得到的试样表面粗糙度与化铣速率分别为0.6055μm以及0.1638mm·min-1。

Degradation Mechanism of Lacquered Tinplate in Energy Drink by in-situ EIS and EN被引量:3

The corrosion process of phenolic epoxy coated tinplate in energy drink was investigated by in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and electrochemical noise(EN) techniques. The experimental results indicate that the degradation process of novolac epoxy coated tinplate in energy drink can be divided into three main stages: organic coating wetted by the beverage; corrosion initiation beneath the organic coating; and corrosion extension process. It was proposed that the tin coating and carbon steel were mainly corroded by organic acids in energy drink through the pores of the organic coating. After the tin coating was corroded, the carbon steel started to corrode due to its higher electrochemical activity and became to be the dominated corrosion reaction.
