基于小波包的经验模态分解法的研究及应用被引量:18

针对多频信号经验模态分解中的模态混成现象,提出了一种经验模态分解与小波包分解相结合的新方法。经验模态分解方法基于信号的局部特征时间尺度,把复杂的信号函数分解为有限的固有模态函数之和。利用最小Shannon熵准则,对出现混成模态的固有模态函数进行小波包分解,并根据小波包分解后各频带信号的频率分布特征,选择能量比重较大的频带信号进行重构,将重构信号作为新的固有模态函数分量。仿真信号和齿轮箱故障实测数据表明,新方法能将不同的频率成分提取出来,从而提高了经验模态分解的分解能力。

基于时频脊线的瞬时频率特征提取被引量:8

根据时频脊线所在的位置信息与信号瞬时频率的对应关系,提出根据时频脊线提取多成分瞬时频率的新方法。该方法是,先通过加窗处理对一维时间信号进行时域分段,对每个时段信号采用自适应核函数时频分析,再把每个时段上求得的时频分布拼接成信号整体时频谱;然后将时频分布图转换成直观的二维图像,进行平滑处理后采用二维Laplacian算子提取时频图像的脊线并作细化处理;采用Hough变换自动检测时频脊线的特征参数,特别对正弦调频信号和线性调频信号的时频脊线检测问题进行论述。仿真试验和齿轮故障诊断的工程实践证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

小波-形态-EMD综合分析法及其应用被引量:27

在经验模态分解(EMD)的理论基础上,分析了随机白噪声及局部强干扰对EMD分解质量的影响,结合小波消噪和形态滤波理论,提出了一种新型的小波-形态-EMD算法模型。该模型将小波形态变换作为EMD前置滤波单元,可以减少不必要的分解层次,降低EMD分解的边界积累效应,消除局部强干扰造成的模态裂解现象,有效提高EMD的时效性和精确度。利用仿真信号分析实例详述了这种综合分析方法的实施过程,并将该方法成功运用于齿轮故障的早期检测中。实验结果证明该方法在机械故障诊断中切实可行,具有较好的应用价值。

HYBRID WAVELET PACKET-TEAGER ENERGY OPERATOR ANALYSIS AND ITS APPLICATION FOR GEARBOX FAULT DIAGNOSIS被引量:6

把包基于小浪分解(WPD ) 算法和 Teager 精力操作员(TEO ) ,新奇齿轮框差错察觉和诊断方法被建议。在 WPD 和 TEO 调整的原则分别地被介绍以后,它的过程是 expatiated。preprocessed 信号与立方的花键功能被插入内推,然后在选择基础小浪上膨胀了。基于最小的熵标准组织它信号的小浪包部件,插入内推的信号能与将近不同的差错频率内容被分解成它的主导的部件。提取每个主导的部件的解调信息, TEO 被使用。建议方法的性能在从在一辆重卡车上装的齿轮框收集的颤动信号上借助于几测试被估计。混合 WPD-TEO 方法为检测并且诊断局部性的齿轮盒子差错有效、柔韧,这被证明。

IMPROVED METHOD FOR HILBERT INSTANTANEOUS FREQUENCY ESTIMATION被引量:3

In the mechanical fault detection and diagnosis field,it is more and more important to analyze the instantaneous frequency (IF) character of complex vibration signal.The improved IF estimation method is put forward aiming at the shortage of traditional Hilbert transform.It is based on Hilbert transform in wavelet domain.With the help of relationship between the real part and the imaginary part obtained from the complex coefficient of continuous wavelet transform or the analyti- cal signal reconstructed in wavelet packet decomposition,the instantaneous phase function of the subcomponent is extracted.In order to improve the precise of IF estimated out,some means such as Linear regression,adaptive filtering,resampling are applied into the instantaneous phase obtained, then,the central differencing operator is used to get desired IF.Simulation results with synthetic and gearbox fault signals are included to illustrate the proposed method.

NON-STATIONARY SIGNAL DENOISING USING TIME-FREQUENCY CURVE SURFACE FITTING

Based on the theory of adaptive time-frequency decomposition and Time-Frequency Dis- tribution Series (TFDS), this paper presents a novel denoising method for non-stationary signal. Ac- cording to the input signal features, an appropriate kind of elementary functions with great concen- tration in the Time-Frequency (TF) plane is selected. Then the input signal is decomposed into a linear combination of these functions. The elementary function parameters are determined by using ele- mentary function TF curve surface to fit the input signal’s TFDS. The process of curved surface fitting corresponds to the signal structure matching process. The input signal’s dominating component whose structure has the resemblance with elementary function is fitted out firstly. Repeating the fitting process, the residue can be regarded as noises, which are greatly different from the function. Selecting the functions fitted out initially for reconstruction, the denoised signal is obtained. The performance of the proposed method is assessed by means of several tests on an emulated signal and a gearbox vi- brating signal.

Measurement system for wind turbine acoustic noise assessment based on IEC standard and Qin's model被引量:3

A novel measurement system specially used in noise emission assessment and verification of wind turbine generator systems is presented that complies with specifications given in IEC 61400-11 to ensure the process consistency and accuracy. Theory elements of the calculation formula used for the sound power level of wind turbine have been discussed for the first time, and detailed calculation procedure of tonality and audibility integrating narrowband analysis and psychoacoustics is described. With a microphone and two PXI cards inserted into a PC, this system is designed in Qin′s model using VMIDS development system. Benefiting from the virtual instrument architecture, it′s the first time that all assessment process have been integrated into an organic whole, which gives full advantages of its efficiency, price, and facility. Mass experiments show that its assessment results accord with the ones given by MEASNET member.

Advanced median method for timing jitter compensation被引量:2

Timing jitter is one of the main factors that influence on the accuracy of time domain precision measurement. Timing jitter compensation is one of the problems people concern. Because of the flaws of median method, PDF deconvolution method and synthetic method, we put forward a new method for timing jitter compensation, which is called advanced median method. The theory of the advanced median method based on probability and statistics is analyzed, and the process of the advanced median method is summarized in this paper. Simulation and experiment show that compared with other methods, the new method could compensate timing jitter effectively.
