Three new cyclometalated iridium（m） complexes based on ligands of diphenylquinoline with fluorinated subsfituents were prepared, and characterized by elemental analysis （EA）, ^1H NMR, and mass spectroscopy （MS）. The photophysical and electrophosphorescent properties of the complexes were briefly discussed.
