针状铁素体钢具有优良的强韧性、抗低温断裂的综合力学性能,受到广泛的关注。本文从针状铁素体的晶体学结构和微观相组成等方面,分析了针状铁素体钢具有良好综合力学性能的主要原因。重点探讨了钢中针状铁素体非均匀形核的机制,以及影响针状铁素体形核的一些主要因素,并提出了在该领域的一些展望。

板带钢头部翘曲的有限元分析被引量:2

为了减轻轧件头部翘曲给轧制过程带来的影响,根据现场轧制工艺,采用弹塑性有限元法建立了三维非对称轧制有限元模型。利用该模型分析热轧板带钢生产过程中轧件头部翘曲的产生机理,并研究了不同轧制工艺下的辊速比、上下表面温差、不同摩擦系数对轧件头部翘曲的影响规律。结果表明,随着压下量的增大,轧件头部翘曲量的增大趋势减缓,采用不同的配辊方案(异径比)可控制其头部翘曲的现象。

Effect of Annealing and Hot Rolling on Grain Boundary Segregation of Arsenic in an Mn-Steel Microalloyed by Ti,Cr and Nb被引量:2

Steel samples with size of 10mm×10mm×5mm were cut down from a hot-rolled Mn-steel microalloyed by Ti,Cr and Nb and produced by compact strip production(CSP)technology.The samples were annealed at 950℃ for different time firstly,and then hot rolled or cooled in the air,in water and in furnace,respectively.Auger electron spectroscopy(AES)was used to study the effects of annealing and hot rolling on the segregation of arsenic at grain boundary(GB)in the steel.The results indicated that a higher content of arsenic was found at grain boundaries than in the matrix when the steel was annealed at 950℃for 2hand then cooled to room temperature by water quenching.But the content of arsenic at grain boundaries was similar to that in the matrix when the steel was annealed at 950℃ for 2h and then cooled to room temperature by furnace cooling.A longer holding time,such as 12h and 36h at 950℃,resulted in a similar arsenic content at grain boundaries to that in the matrix of the steels.Hot rolling led to a similar content of arsenic at grain boundaries and within grains in the steels as well.

Grain boundary segregation of minor arsenic and nitrogen at elevated temperatures in a microalloyed steel被引量:2

Auger electron spectroscopy(AES) was used to investigate the grain boundary segregation of arsenic and nitrogen in a kind of microalloyed steel produced by a compact strip production(CSP) technology at 950 to 1100°C,which are similar to the hot working temperature of the steel on a CSP production line.It was discovered that arsenic segregated on grain boundaries when the steel was annealed at 950°C for 2 h.When the annealing temperature increased to 1100°C,arsenic was also found to have segregated on grain boundaries in the early annealing stage,for instance,within the first 5 min annealing time.However,if the holding time of the steel at this temperature increased to 2 h,arsenic diffused away from grain boundaries into the matrix again.Nitrogen was not found to have segregated on grain boundaries when the steel was annealed at a relatively low temperature,such as 950°C.But when the annealing temperature increased to 1100°C,nitrogen was detected to have segregated at grain boundaries in the steel.

冷挤压组合凹模失效分析及挤压过程数值模拟被引量:4

通过观察螺钉冷挤压成形中组合凹模的失效现象,发现组合凹模的失效形式为疲劳裂纹,其主要出现在挤压锥角部分,且沿与凹模内表面成45°的方向产生并向外表面扩展。利用DEFORM-2D软件对螺钉挤压成形进行数值模拟,分析组合凹模的应力分布及变化趋势,探讨组合凹模的疲劳破坏机理,进而为冷挤压组合凹模的工艺改进和模具优化设计提供理论依据。

高强度钢板方盒形件拉深粘模行为被引量:5

采用方盒形件拉深成形的方法,对高强度钢板SPFC590在干摩擦和半干摩擦条件下的拉深粘模行为进行研究。选用的模具材料分为2类:一类为无涂层模具SKD11,SLD和等温淬火球墨铸铁ADI;另一类为以SKD11为基体的涂层模具TiCN(PVD),TiCN(CVD),TiC(CVD)和DLC-Si(DC-PACVD)。采用无涂层模具时,在半干摩擦条件下仅少数几次拉深就出现宏观粘模现象,模具上粘模产生的位置位于凹模直边底部附近,而没有出现在凹模圆角处,并随着拉深次数的增加向上扩展;拉深工件上粘模产生的位置则位于工件顶部的直边和圆角部分连接处,并随着拉深的进行向下扩展;涂层模具经120次拉深后均未发生明显的粘模,但TiCN(PVD)和TiCN(CVD)涂层模具在凹模底部附近出现了微观粘着物;TiCN(CVD)和DLC-Si(DC-PACVD)涂层模具拉深1000次后均未出现明显粘模现象,但TiCN(CVD)涂层模具上出现了微观粘着物,而DLC-Si(DC-PACVD)涂层模具上没有任何粘着物产生。

A method to study interface diffusion of arsenic into a Nb-Ti microalloyed low carbon steel被引量:3

A novel diffusion couple method was used to investigate the interface diffusion of arsenic into a Nb-Ti microalloyed low carbon steel and its effects on phase transformation at the interface. It is discovered that the content of arsenic has great effect on grain growth and phase transformation at high temperature. When the arsenic content is no more than 1wt%, there is no obvious grain growth and no obvious ferrite transitional region formed at the diffusion interface. However, when the arsenic content is no less than 5wt%, the grain grows very rapidly. In addition, the arsenic-enriched ferrite transitional layer forms at the diffusion interface in the hot-rolling process, which results from a slower diffusion rate of arsenic atoms than that of carbon in ferrite.

Q650低碳贝氏体钢的研制被引量:3

开发的低碳贝氏体钢Q650(%:0.06~0.08C、1.6~1.8Mn、≤0.3Cr、≤0.06Nb、≤0.02Ti、≤0.15Mo、≤0.05V、≤0.002B)(20~40)mm×(1 600~3 200)mm钢板的生产流程为铁水预处理-120 t转炉-LF精炼-连铸-控轧-控冷。通过控制再结晶区单道次变形量≥15%,累积变形量≥50%,未再结晶区道次累积变形量≥60%,冷却速度15℃/s,终冷温度≥500℃,可获得不同类型的贝氏体相变组织,并具有良好的综合性能。

介绍了马氏体时效钢的特点、应用领域、种类及国内外对马氏体时效钢的研究进展,评价了马氏体时效钢中合金元素含量和时效工艺对马氏体时效钢的力学性能的影响,并对该领域目前研究的热点问题进行了探讨。同时,概述了马氏时效钢生产时所存在的一些问题,并提出了解决思路。
