筒式永磁室温磁制冷机的研制被引量:8

包头稀土研究院已经研制出新型双筒式室温磁制冷机。每个筒均由两个内外同心嵌套的具有Halbach结构的NdFeB磁场系统组成,最大磁感应强度1.5 T。两内套磁体通过齿轮啮合同步联动运转,实现两工作空间磁场周期变化,并保持相位相反。以金属Gd颗粒作为蓄冷器的制冷工质,零负载条件下达到近18℃的冷热端温差。

超磁致伸缩合金TbDyFe组织与性能研究现状被引量:7

近年来,超磁致伸缩合金TbDyFe在能量转换,智能传感等方面应用广泛。本文简要地介绍了几种制备超磁致伸缩TbDyFe合金方法,并分析了各种制备方法对TbDyFe合金的组织和性能的影响。本文还介绍了利用热处理的方法来改善合金组织、提高磁致伸缩性能。

Nb对LaFe_(10.8-x)Nb_xCo_(0.7)Si_(1.5)C_(0.2)磁制冷合金成相和居里温度的影响被引量:1

用真空电弧炉熔炼了LaFe10.8-xNbxCo0.7-Si1.5C0.2(x=0、0.01、0.07、0.10、0.14、0.36和0.74)合金,并对其铸态及退火态的显微组织、相成分及体积分数进行研究。结果表明,Nb的添加可细化铸态组织中的树枝晶,并促进退火过程中1∶13相的形成。其中当x=0.07时,铸态组织的细化作用最为明显,退火后可得到接近单一的1∶13相。差示扫描量热分析的结果表明,LaFe10.8-xNbxCo0.7Si1.5C0.2(x=0、0.01、0.07、0.10、0.14和0.36)合金在相变点附近发生了二级磁相变,且相变温度随Nb含量的增加呈先升后降的趋势。

Corrosion resistance and magnetostrictive properties of(Tb_(0.3)Dy_(0.7))Fe_2 alloy modified by nitrogen ion implantation被引量:2

The corrosion resistance and magnetostriction of(Tb0.3Dy0.7)Fe2 alloy were investigated for different nitrogen doses of 5×1015, 5×1016, 5×1017, 1×1018 ions/cm2 and average ion energy of 140 kV. The phase and elements concentration in the implanted layer were examined by X-ray diffraction and auger electron spectroscopy, respectively. The aqueous corrosion studies were carried out in 3.5% NaCl solutions. It was found that corrosion resistance had improved substantially with respect to the untreated substrates. The corrosion resistance was maximum at a dose of 5×1017 ions/cm2, and saturation in corrosion improvement was noticed at a higher dose, 10×1017 ions/cm2. In contrast, the results of magnetostriction tests before and after ion implantation showed that the influence of nitrogen ion implantation on the magnetostrictive properties turned out to be small. Finally, a model was applied to interpret the influence of nitrogen implantation on the magnetostriction in the light of the information provided by the experimental results in this study.

RPdAl(R=Gd-Er)的磁性和磁热效应

低温退火的LTM-RPdAl和高温退火的HTM-RPdAl分别具有正交TiNiSi型和六角ZrNiAl型结构。综述了磁场和温度变化对LTM-RPdAl和HTM-RPdAl化合物磁性和磁热效应的影响。实验结果表明,LTM-RPdAl化合物均是反铁磁性的,当R=Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er时,奈尔温度TN分别为31,45,21,10和10 K。对于HTM-RPdAl化合物,当R=Tb,Ho,Er时是反铁磁性的,TN分别为43,12和5 K,而当R=Gd,Dy时是铁磁性的,其居里温度分别为TC=49,25 K。反铁磁RPdAl化合物均呈现磁场诱导的反铁磁-铁磁变磁转变。对HTM-RPdAl(R=Ho,Er)化合物,由于弱的反铁磁耦合,在低磁场下呈现出高的饱和磁化强度,从而产生大的磁热效应,在0~5 T磁场变化下的最大磁熵变值和制冷能力分别高达20.6,24.3 J/kg.K和386,299 J/kg,是优异的低温磁制冷材料。

Refrigeration effect of La(FeCoSi)_(13)B_(0.25) compounds and gadolinium metal in reciprocating magnetic refrigerator被引量:3

The LaFe11.9–x Cox Si1.1B0.25with x=0.9 and x=0.82 compounds were synthesized from commercial purity raw materials.The magnetic property of LaFe11.9–x Cox Si1.1B0.25and Gd particles were tested on the reciprocating refrigerator at the same condition in order to compare the cooling capacity of the two materials.The results showed that the cooling velocity of Gd was obviously higher than that of LaFe11.9–x Cox Si1.1B0.25.The maximum temperature span was 12.7 oC for LaFe11.0Co0.9Si1.1B0.25,14.9 oC for Gd metal whose mass is the same as that of LaFe11.0Co0.9Si1.1B0.25,8.1 oC for Gd metal whose volume is the same as that of LaFe11.0Co0.9Si1.1B0.25.Series connection of LaFe11.0Co0.9Si1.1B0.25and LaFe11.08Co0.82Si1.1B0.25had the maximum cooling temperature span of 15.3 oC.

研究了La0.6Pr0.4Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2合金及其氢化物La0.6Pr0.4Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2Hy的制备工艺与磁热效应。室温XRD分析与SEM成分分析表明La0.6Pr0.4Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2合金主相为NaZn13型立方结构(空间群为Fm-3c),存在富La相(空间群为P4/nmm)与富Fe相。氢化物La0.6Pr0.4Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2Hy的晶格常数a由合金的1.2295 nm增大到1.2491 nm。DSC测定氢化物的氢含量y约为1.7。磁性测量结果表明:氢化物La0.6Pr0.4Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2Hy的居里温度TC由合金的198 K增至325 K,提高了127 K。在0~1.5 T外磁场下合金与氢化物最大磁熵变-ΔSmMax均为9.1 J.kg-.1K-1。氢化物La0.6Pr0.4Fe11.4Si1.6B0.2Hy在室温下搁置190 d后物相与磁热效应基本保持不变。

Influence of silicon and carbon elements on formation of 1:13 phase and microstructure in LaFe_(13-y)Si_y compounds被引量:1

Microstructure dependent on silicon and formation of 1:13 phase in LaFe13-ySiyC0.2 compounds was investigated. C and Si ele-ments played different roles in assisting the formation of 1:13 phase. Si could inhibit the growth of α-Fe. The volume fraction of La-rich phase increased with the increase of Si content in the LaFe13-ySiyC0.2 ingots. When Si content was lower in LaFe13-ySiyC0.2 (y≤1.0), α-Fe was excess and grew very large in the initial annealing process. As a result, a large amount of α-Fe remained even after a long time annealing process. Carbon doping could accelerate the formation of 1:13 phase in the LaFe13-ySiyC0.2 compounds. The amount of the 1:13 phase reached ~90 vol.% in LaFe13-ySiyC0.2 (y≥1.2) after annealing at 1353 K for only 3 d. After optimized annealing, large magnetic entropy changes were ob-tained in LaFe13-ySiyC0.2 compounds (18.6 and 15 J/(kg·K) in 0-2 T field change for y=1.2, 1.4, respectively).

Effect of impurity phase on corrosion resistance and magnetic entropy change for LaFe_(11.3)Co_(0.4)Si_(1.3)C_(0.15) magnetocaloric compound被引量:4

Effect of impurity phase(α-Fe phase and La-rich phase) on corrosion resistance and magnetic entropy change of LaFe_(11.3)Co_(0.4)Si_(1.3)C_(0.15) compound was studied using scanning electron microscopy, potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques and magnetism testing. With the decrease of impurity phase, the corrosion resistance of LaFe_(11.3)Co_(0.4)Si_(1.3)C_(0.15) compound was first enhanced and then slightly impaired. Corrosion resistance could be significantly improved by the decrease of α-Fe phase. However, the matrix phase was corroded if the La-rich phase as anode was too few. This caused the corrosion resistance to decrease slightly. After immersing the sample in distilled water for 15 d, –?S_(max) of the samples annealed for 3, 12 h, 3 and 7 d decreased about 50%, 41%, 16% and 17%, respectively.

将La(Fe11.2Co0.7Si1.1)B0.25铸锭在氩气保护中制成小于1 mm的颗粒,在真空行星球磨机中将其分别球磨1 h、1.5 h、2 h;采用SPS(放电等离子烧结技术)烧结成合金,在1070℃下进行1 h热处理;采用XRD及SEM分析了样品的组织结构,并用VSM测量了样品的磁热效应。结果表明,随球磨时间的增加,粉末烧结样品居里温度逐渐降低,而绝热温变和等温磁熵变逐渐增加。
