Preparation of high concentration polyaluminum chloride by chemical synthesis-membrane distillation method with self-made hollow fiber membrane被引量:3

A method of direct contact membrane distillation (DCMD) with a self-made hollow polyvinylidene fluoride membrane was applied to prepare high concentration polyaluminum chloride (PACl) with high Alb content based on chemical synthesis. The permeate flux and Al species distribution were investigated. The experimental results showed that the permeate flux decreased from 14 to 6 kg/(m2·hr) at the end of the DCMD process, which can be mainly attributed to the formation of NaCl deposits on the membrane surface. The Alb content decreased slightly, only from 86.3% to 84.4%, when the DCMD experiment finished, correspondingly the Alc content increased slightly from 7.2% to 8.5%, and the Ala content remained at 7% during the whole DCMD process. A PACl with Alb content of 84% at total aluminum concentration 2.2 mol/L was successfully prepared by the chemical synthesis-DCMD method.

Effects of ion concentration and natural organic matter on arsenic(V) removal by nanofiltration under different transmembrane pressures被引量:7

The removal of As(V) from synthetic water was studied using four different nanofiltration (NF) membranes (ESNA-1-K1, NF270, ESNA-1-LF, and HODRA-CORE). The influences of ion concentration, transmembrane pressure (TMP), and the presence of natural organic matter (humic acid, HA) on the arsenic removal efficiency and permeate flux were investigated. The arsenic rejection of ESNA- 1-LF was higher than those of the other membranes in all experiments (> 94%), and the HODRA-CORE membrane gave the lowest removal of arsenic (< 47%). An increase in the ion concentration in the feed solution and addition of HA decreased the arsenic rejection of the HODRA-CORE membrane. However, both increasing of the ion concentration and addition of HA made the rejection increased for the other membranes (ESNA-1-K1, NF270, and ESNA-1-LF). With increasing TMP, for all four NF membranes, increases in both arsenic rejection and permeate flux were observed. The permeate fluxes of the four NF membranes decreased to some extent after addition of HA to the solutions for operating time of 6 hr.

本文采用紫外分光光度法测定水中螺旋霉素的含量,不需要昂贵的仪器,携带方便,检测快捷,测定结果准确稳定,测定一个水样只需3min;而且用去离子水作溶剂,节省了药剂费用,能较好地服务于环境水样中螺旋霉素的检测.

聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁对水中亚硒酸盐的去除研究被引量:2

为达到快速有效去除饮用水中亚硒酸盐的目的,通过混凝法考察了聚合氯化铝与聚合硫酸铁对模拟硒污染饮用水源中亚硒酸盐的去除效果,探讨了初始浓度、投加量以及pH对去除效果的影响。结果表明,混凝工艺对水中亚硒酸盐的去除效果明显,在初始硒浓度为184μg/L时,聚合氯化铝和聚合硫酸铁对亚硒酸盐的最大去除率分别为70%和97%。聚合硫酸铁对亚硒酸盐的混凝去除效果明显好于聚合氯化铝,其最佳除硒pH为8。

纳滤去除水中的内分泌干扰物被引量:8

采用陶氏DOW FILMTEC NF270芳香聚酰胺类复合纳滤膜处理水中内分泌干扰物——17α-乙炔雌二醇(EE2),实验中分别考察了原液浓度、操作压力、pH值、Ca2+浓度及腐殖酸共存等不同条件下对EE2截留效果的影响。结果表明,NF270对于去除水中的EE2具有很好的效果,截留率可达到97.6%,而且,实验发现,原液浓度对EE2的截留效果影响较小;当操作压力为0.6 MPa时,膜对EE2的截留效果最好;而随着pH值和Ca2+浓度的增加,膜对EE2的截留率均呈上升趋势;而当腐殖酸存在时膜对EE2的截留率有明显提高,但同时也造成膜污染加剧和膜通量下降,特别是在EE2、腐殖酸和Ca2+共存时,膜污染更加严重。
