GROWTH AND CHARACTERIZATION OF Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-K_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)LEAD-FREE PIEZOELECTRIC CRYSTAL BY THE TSSG METHOD

The 0.96Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-0.04K_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)(NKBT96/4)lead-free single crystal was successfullygrown by top-seeded solution growth method.The effective segregation coefficient for K was calculated to be 0.20.X-ray powder difraction measurement showed that the as-grown crystalpossesses rhombohedral perovskite structure at room temperature.X-ray rock curve measureindicated that the as-grown single crystal owned relatively higher quality.The NKBT96/4 singlecrystal exhibits apparent diffused dielectric behavior,where the diffusiveness index aαis 1.79 forthe[001]-oriented crystal planes.A notable thermal hysteresis,△T_(h),of 25℃was disclosed for thetetragonal antiferroelectric-tetragonal paraelectric phase transition in the dielectric propertystudies between heating and cooling.The highest remnant polarization,P_(r),16.8μC/cm^(2),wasobtained at 100℃.The electromechanical coupling coefficient k_(t)of the[001]-oriented crystalplanes at room temperat ure was determined to be 38%using resonance-antiresonance technique.The room temperature piezoelectric constant d_(33)reaches 120 pC/N.

复合材料Terfenol-D/PMNT的磁电和逆磁电响应被引量:3

给出了Terfenol-D/PMN-PT/Terfenol-D(TD/PMNT/TD)和PMNT/TD/PMNT两种层状复合材料的磁电和逆磁电响应的测试方法和测试结果.这两种复合结构的优化直流偏置磁场大小均为350Oe(1Oe=79.58A/m).在1kHz频率下,这两种复合材料的最大磁电电压系数分别为384mV/Oe和158mV/Oe,最大逆磁电系数分别为118mG/V和162mG/V(1G=10-4T).另外研究了这两种复合材料在谐振频率下的磁电响应.通过对两种复合结构的比较得知,磁致/压电/磁致复合结构具有好的磁电响应;而压电/磁致/压电复合结构具有好的逆磁电响应.这一结果有助于优化设计高性能压电/磁致复合磁电材料.

Magnetoelectric and converse magnetoelectric responses in Tb_xDy_(1-x)Fe_(2-y) alloy & Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(1-x)Ti_xO_3 crystal laminated composites被引量:3

Measured results of magnetoelectric (ME) and converse magnetoelectric (CME) effects of TbxDy1-xFe2-y/ Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)(1-x)TixO3/TbxDy1-xFe2-y (TD/PMNT/TD) and PMNT/TD/PMNT laminated composites are pre- sented. ME effect was determined by measuring laminate voltage output under a Helmholtz-gener- ated AC field biased by a DC field (0―1 kOe) (1 Oe = 79.58 A/m). The CME effect was measured by re- cording the voltage induced in a solenoid encompassing the ME sample while exposed to a DC bias field and PMNT layer driven by a 10 V AC source. The ME and CME responses in the two laminated structure are linear. The highest values of ME coefficients in TD/PMNT/TD and PMNT/TD/PMNT com- posites are 384 mV/Oe and 158 mV/Oe, respectively, while the highest values of CME coefficients in the two composites are 118 mG/V and 162 mG/V (1 G=10-4 T), respectively.

一种实用超声马达驱动电路的设计和制作

超声波马达是一种借助摩擦传递弹性超声波振动以获得动力的驱动结构.超声波马达需要专用电源供电,在实验室中只要具有信号发生及放大装置即可满足这个要求,而当马达作为某个装置的部件时,就需要配置专用的可移动电源器.针对实验室利用压电材料所研制的新型超声波马达,设计和制作出了一种专用驱动电路.该驱动电路由干电池提供直流电源,产生频率范围为10-100 kHz,电压峰峰值为0-180 V可调的超声波信号.实验结果表明,研制的电路性能稳定,能方便地驱动超声波马达,并良好运转.
