Verb predicate sentences dominate in language application.The construction of a corpus for examples of Mongolian verb predicate sentence structure plays a crucial role in the systematic analysis,automatic processing,and sentence generation of induced verbs.Taking simple verb predicate sentences in Mongolian as the research object,this article analyzes issues such as sentence selection and segmentation,semantic component annotation,corpus design,and implementation in the process of corpus creation,and finally proposes solutions.
Sentence pattern is the semantic structure of a sentence.It provides important information for the automatic analysis and generation of a sentence,and has strong explanatory power for the syntactic structure.Mongolian linguists had explained the relations of inner semantic structure of sentences by making use of Mongolian case grammar.At the end of last century,there have been many achievements in the traditional study of the semantic structure of sentences.At present»there are new trends in the research fields of Mongolian sentence pattern oriented to information processing,such as the determination of semantic components,the collection and semantic classification of predicate-verb,the induction o£sentence pattern system and the automatic recognition of semantic components.
